Normally you would accept it if it make sense to you. truth usually do......its our limitations that distort it.

You mean when someone thinks you are stupid?
I guess one way is you need to know why he does that. Could it be something you said or do....? People normally react because of their perception of others. So if you had said/done something to cause that perception, the you could learn to change that perception by studying or gaining better knowledge so that you could say/do the right thing next time. Slowly you would have better self-esteem and hence release yourself from the guilt of ignorance.
I am not sure what you mean by not being 100% clean though!
