my sis join schumberger overseas sejak dec 2005 dan setahu saya gaji mereka dibayar dlm USD wpun reside kat euro countries ...

according to my sis, sejak currency USD turun, ramai gak staf SLB resign esp warga eropah sebab gaji USD tak leh support living cost kat europe.. yg masih setia american ngan asian sbb tak affect mereka sgt

btw post apa utk gaji GBP15,500/mth tu sebab fresh grad engineers starting cuma USD4,000 je

that's a scam for a few reasons:-

- slb associates dengan oilfield industries; wireline, drilling n measurement, well services, well testing etc. so all those things yang diorg sebut tu mmg takde kena mengena dengan slb
- kalau kat UK, main office will be in aberdeen, SLB doesn't really operate at norfolk
- slb higher people with degree as a grade 8, as in trainee, then step by step baru boleh naik. jarang la nak dengar orang terus jadi manager.

yang betul cuma satu part je, kerja under pressure. tak tido 2 3 hari tu kira standard lah, hehehe
