So Tuan Rumah.. saya rasa u kena survey betul2 dulu before beli condo tu, kalu utk duduk sendiri oklah.. tp kalu investment.. kena check betul2.
Mcm kita invest saham la.. before beli kena baca prospectus, survey market sume dulu, baru bole beli

aku la ni berat ke arah nak cancelkan aja beli condo tu....insyaAllah tak beli....burn ke deopsit Rm1k aku tuh? hmm  nakwat mcm mana....baik menyesal skrg dari menyesal kemudian hari...
Aku rasa mcm mahal jecondo tu tak padan dgn sqfeet... design condo pun tak nampak mcm mahal...mcm ketinggalan zaman skit...
Semalam tgk website www.iproperty.com.my condo kat pandan indah tepi MRR2 sqfeet 1200++ pun baru Rm185k aja kalau tak silap...lagi dekat dgn KL....
lagipun daripada aku beli condo dah dekat RM250k yg takde la nampak "kelas" pun, baik aku beli landed properties....hu hu

Jad rasa macam pernah terdengar ada area kat Pandan Indah yg bekas lombong. Tapi x sure betul ker idak. Mungkin jad tersilap, tapi  harap tuan umah check dulu samada bekas lombong ker idak jika nak beli.

Terus pencarian anda. Update ler kat sini kalu ada jumpa property yg menarik utk investment.

Jad minat property yg dekat2 dgn rangkaian lrt. he he setakat jad minat, tak der maknanya sbb tak der bajet...

Nie sekadar lontaran idea jad yer, mungkin tuan umah boleh start pencarian dgn visit web site developer2 yg popular macam I&, Tan & Tan etc. Intai2 projek baru mereka.

aku pon dah terkena dgn projek mcm ni... nk menyesal pon x gune dah... yg lain2 pleasa hati2 ok... skang aku main rumah lelong je... lagi puas hati... huhuhu

To TS...pilihan anda adalah bijak..tapi tak silap aku bole je mintak balik deposit yg kita bagi tu..coz kalau under hda..developer hanya leh kutip duit bila SNP sign je...so kat sini kita kene prihatin sebagai pembeli..aku tau projek yg mana satu..bagi aku just marketing gimmick..depa markup dari harga yg sepatutnya..
since TS pun dah cancel..so tak yah la aku cite panjang lebar..hehe

projek yg tak laku jea yg buat 0% down payment ni or bagi freebies or discount byk2 or guranteed scheme... projek2 yg laku kadang tak sempat buat advertisment, masa soft launch dah kena sapu...

aku pun nasihatkan korang beli jer rumah lelong... tak semestinya rumah lelong tu x elok.... lagi2 sekarang ni ekonomi gawat, sure ramai yang nak jual/ terjual nanti.... x payahlah beli rumah yang baru, renovate sikit, ciantiklah rumah tu karang ..

rumah lelong pun kena buat homework..baca proclamation of sale, pergi check ada org tinggal tak... gi check kat pemaju, ada maintenece terunggak.. berapa bil elektrik dan air tak bayar.. jangan main tibai beli jea...
