Positive Manifestations For Entrepreneurs
1. Focus ONLY on what you desire or want.
don't focus on what u don't want. create images of what u want in ur journal. These images can be anything like how u see my business growing to what yr next house might look like.
2. Change obstacles into challenges.
3. Feel ONLY "as if".
I have stopped noticing that what I want has not yet appeared. I feel "as if" I am already living the life of my dreams. I know that when I focus on what I don't have, I create negativity and resistance, which keeps it from showing up or from me recognizing it.
4. Get rid of limiting beliefs.
The problem is our beliefs are in us on an unconscious level. Sometimes, we can't even explain our beliefs, but we find we are operating on beliefs from the past. instead of telling yourself you are fat (you know quietly in your head) maybe you need to change that thought to ... I look good and I love myself.
5. Have faith.
I have recently learned that if I feel trust that what I want will come and play "as if" I already have it; I seem to achieve me goals much easier.
6. Take inspired actions ONLY.
When I know what I desire, I get take focused actions I feel are necessary to obtain it..
7. Feel good about your actions.
I no longer let things bring me down. I practice self love.
8. Let go of attachment.
I realized that no one likes to give business to someone that is desperate. I've decided the Universe feels the same way. So I let go of the "having to have" and started just allowing opportunities without desperation. |

nasihat pengurusan bagi usahawan
dalam keadaan terdesak gini korang kena wat beberapa langkah drastik yang patot kena wat bila masuk tahun ke 9 kitaran deflasion...
-make double reserve per year..atau general reserve
-concentrate on core business expenses only...no entertainment
-starting collect debt as per 1/6 is reserve per month
-use CBC reduction system or M I arrow science system
-use indicator such as due diligence for 5 year..
-hired partimer within 2 year..use the pay per sale basis to gain income...
-in management part,use paperless product..maximise it..but remember to send acknowledgement to client.
-reduce the credit term from 3 months to 1.5-2 months only for 7 months approximately at start from month 5 in a calendar year on financial period.
-try to empty the stock reserve within 4 months..but pay attention that purchase any good that is high sale only...
-for partner..use the pay base on performance as indicator..
-cut off any director allowance which not produce generate income..because the more u claim, the more u expense on admins expense...
-in before expense,try to minimise the cost such as travelling...in other word...make a confirm expense NOT expected expense

Kenapa harus bersedekah semasa kesempitan ?
Kalau anda mahu jadi kaya, maka anda kena rajin menderma. Lagi kesempitan wang, lagi rajin anda menderma. Anda mesti sentiasa membantu orang lain yang memerlukan. Jadikan ia tabiat sepanjang hayat anda.
Logiknya mudah. Kalau anda mahu orang lain senyum kepada anda, maka anda senyumlah kepada orang lain. Siapa mahu memberikan senyuman yang manis mereka kepada anda kalau anda sendiri bersifat sombong?
Malangnya, ramai daripada kita melakukan sebaliknya. Kita selalu memberikan sedekah sekiranya ada lebih. Kita tidak mahu menjadikan ia sebagai satu rutin yang wajib dilakukan. Malah, lebih menakjubkan ada yang mintak duit baki selepas memberikan derma. Kita terlalu berkira kalau mahu menderma.
Tetapi kalau dalam urusan lain, tak pernah kita mahu berkira. Lebih-lebih lagi kalau ia berkait dengan hobi dan minat kita. 揑ni hobi bang, biarlah habis beribu-ribu pun, janji saya puas. |

malah menurunkan keyakinan aku untuk benti dlm dunia retailing (aku hanya pekerja) yg sgt memenatkan...
so far kt tpt aku keje nih sentiasa achieve th given budget.. aku harap ia secara tak langsung dpt membantu menaikkan semula ekonomi Mesia n dunia yg merudum.. |

kepada yg berjaya mengharungi 2008, jomlah share kat sini u all punya planning dan startegi, mungkin bole dijadikan panduan.
juga apa pandangan u all for next 2nd half (july-dec) - adakah ekonomi akan meningkat perlahan, stabil atau menjunam - apakah bentuk perniagaan yg paling sesuai dan yang perlu dijauhkan.
(baru cancel staff training - hotel rate sungguh tak manasabah). |

yup hazl...hotel rate sekarang tak munasabah langsung...bayangkan harga hotel seri malaysia dah naik sekali ganda dari dulu.....for me...economy sebenarnya tidak seburuk yang disangkakan tapi disebabkan semua orang pernah mengalamai situasi ekonomi penghujung 90an...maka semua orang berhati2 dalam berbelanja |

tengok bulan posa nanti... kalau hotel rate melonjak naik utk berbuka puasa tapi pengunjung sampai tak dapat kalau tak booking awal... ini menunjukkan yg rakyat Malaysia tak kena tempiasnya...
kemelesetan ekonomi ni tak seteruk taun 1997... tapi bg yg terkena tu... mmg perit la...
ada beberapa company yg dah tutup... dan byk co desperate mintak job drku...
standby la utk 2010...mana la tau angin kus kus tu melarat sampai taun depan |

So far, 2009 seems to be okay. Could be better though.
Tahun ni tak ada paid for cuti-cuti for my office staff. No more free lunches for them.
But I hope things will be better in second half of 2009. InsyAllah. |

untuk bisnes saya, syukur tiap hari ada sale.. sekarang ni memang nampak customer lebih berhati hati nak berbelanja.. dorang selalu kecek diskaun kaw kaw punya.. utk regular customer, memang saya bg the best price..
di saat genting cam ni, memang kena kerah kepala utk fikirkan camana strategi nak tackle duit dan ikat customer supaya terus berbelanja dgn kita.. lagi best kalau ajak dorang sama-sama buat bisnes.. dalam keadaan sekarang, memang ramai nak cari extra income.. time ni le paling cun nak kembangkan network business dgn cara yg berhemah..
camanapun, Alhamdulillah.. masih mampu bertahan, dan tidak terlalu menyekat perbelanjaan.. gaji partner bleh bayar tepat pada waktunya, siap bg extra komisyen lagi utk motivate dorang supaya perform dgn baik di zaman ekonomi yg lembab ni.. |
