Macam ambik MBA plak
ahaks, jgn macam tu bang, cita2 ada, masa je takde.. dulu cgpa pun cukup2 makan ..
recession 89, aku kerja dgn british, american, swiss - dorang ni tak kedekut ilmu, full of compliments, highly motivate and alwiz push us up.
masa tun establish franchise bisnes, tahun 94-bawah jpm, aku the first batch yg bos htr kursus dgn universiti california and mcdonald was our thesis paper - sekali dengan meer habib(habib), le wangi dll.
recession 98, aku kerja dgn glc (melayu/cina)... skeptikal sikit, yg melayu asyiklah working paper, working paper, working paper, org dah piket kat luar ofis pun terkial2 masih nak buat report, cina dorang more realistik dan ada BERANI MATI punya sifat.
2001- aku buat retail, lead 20 outlets troughout malaysia. isnin kat ofis - selasa-jumaat kat luar. pada retailer kat malaysia ni, demand memang ada, its not a product but a brand that count.
sekarang - aku buat sendiri - susah bagi yg malas, tapi senang kalau rajin. semua pintu pejabat kerajaan aku redah dan terjah.. kadang2 aku bawak bekal kuaci, kot2 kalau ada staf kerajaan yg sibuk makan kuaci, boleh aku join dorang sekali. |

lesson for today v2
Why Higher Prices Won't Cost You Customers
Price increases are a fact of life in today's economy. Unfortunately, as a salesperson or business owner, you know your customers are going to be less than thrilled with paying more for your product or service. Here's how you can keep your customer's focus off of price and on the value of what your business offers them.
How You Can Qualify For A Business Loan
With the recent turmoil in the financial markets, banks and other lenders are further tightening their purse strings, especially to small businesses. But, if your business is strong in these three areas that lenders always consider, your chances of getting approved are better. |

why recession is good
Recessions should be good for the economy. They fix the mistakes
investors and businesspeople made in the boom. Consumers cut back on
spending and build up savings again. Businesses lower prices to bring
consumers back into the market. Liquidations release money from bad
investments and make it available for new production. Employees work
harder because they're afraid of losing their jobs. Companies strive to
improve their products and their strategies.. . or they go out of
business.
And above all, people who were prudent during the boom can now pick up
bargains. Balance restores itself, and the economy can increase
production."

pareto 80-20 rule.
tak bleh pakai sgt...setakat generalise shj & kdg2 kebetulan. |
