jenaka na juak cerita ya....keluar aik mata kamek.
kamek dari background company law sebenarnya, tapi kamek nang minat ngajar. So far, kamek nang tengah molah working paper untuk reading centre tok. My husband is helping me with the marketing strategy since he is the expert on that.
Target kamek satu jak....semoga orang2 sarawak terutama bangsa bumiputera lebih maju juak dari sistem pendidikannya. Sik lah bangsa bumiputera ketinggalan. Jadi, dari segi harga kamek sik akan meletak harga yang sik dapat di capai oleh orang2 yang sik berkemampuan. selalu bila kita kelakar jak pasal education mesti mahal nak and bukan semua orang mampu ngantar. masuk tadika pun mauk berbeli baju, beg and macam2 lagik. Oleh sebab ya lah kamek mauk centre yang nak kamek bukak tok approachable to everybody...Insyaallah |

kamek pun tengah pikir pasal satok and matang sebab nya di tengah2. Maybe next month kamek akan balit ke kuching and nangga cam ne sewa rah duak2 kawasan tok. mun sewa ok kamek on terus. mun sewa mahal gilak pun susah juak. Masalah terbesar nang selalu location and sewa.
kamek nang sik mauk charge orang mahal2 jadi mun dapat tempat murah lagi bagus so kamek boleh bring down the cost. Mun sewa tinggi gilak then it is not approachable..... |

couldnt agree more...yup...bila masuk sekolah, even for tertiary education jak dah menelan belanja beribu ringgit seorg utk bulan pertama...i know it based on my family experience..nices and nephews...it really get me into deep frustation that tadika kemas pun dah start mahal juak....nothing is free in this world....kesian melihat anak2 jiran sik ke sekolah...rasa nak nanggis jak...bukan kerana parent nya sik bertanggungjawab, tapi masalah kwgn kali...sorg parking attendend...sorg bejual dpn rumah...pagi nasik lemak, kueh mueh..ptg cucur...brg bergoreng...mlm berger...kesian kamek nangga...kamek sampe dah pecah perut beli brg sidak...walau sik dpt makan gik..anak rami family tok...gik kecik2...kamek terbayang...mcmne anak nya nak masuk darjah satu kelak? susah nak cope sbb kebanyakan miak darjah satu kinek tok dah pande konsep 3m...
....(tiada kaitan)...mun dikenang zaman dolok...memeang untong....time kamek tadika tahun 1984...byr gak rm10 jak....ya pun ada diberik makan minum time rehat secara percuma...baju pun percuma....sekarang tok...paling jaik rm 50...blom termasuk baju, alat tulis...fee tok...fee ya.. ALhamdulillah..bersyukur kamek dgn nasib dikpun.... |

Mcm Satok pun besar. Kitak survey jaklah. Mun Matang okay juak. In fact kamek suka shopping di Matang nun except siya kuat jam. Mun weekend kamek prefer pergi Choice Mall di Samariang nun compared nak ke Boulevard, Spring, Choice Premier & area belah Padungan. In fact nang dekat benar. Kitak pilih tempat yg strategic. Bagus kitak plan betul2 on your budget & expenses & also returns dr business ya. Polah forecast dolok. Make sure modal cukup pakei kitak byr your overheads sebelum kitak dpt molah breakeven & lepas ya profits. Bila bukak business kenak fikir your deposits on rental, water/electricity bills & mthly expenses.
Mun nak carik tempat, just nice mun 1st floor. Iboh tinggi gilak. Ground floor nang sewa mahal & beribu esp di tempat2 yg nang commercial centre. |

Nak tambah gik. Kamek pernah juak nengar mcm2 cerita melalui pengalaman dak abang & kakak kamek berbusiness. Ya sidak mdh kadang org ngajak kongsi molah business. Nang kelakar dgn air liur jak & very convincing. Bila ngajak berpartner bukan main gik mdh mcm2 konon sidak sorang2 boleh untung sampei nak mencecah ratusan ribu sethn. Tapi bila start commencing & operating the business rupa2nya indah khabar dr. rupa. Sidak gik bertungkus-lumus carik income & have to come out with the money to pay the expenses. Lepas ya the other partner malar jak molah drawings, kurang molah kerja sebab konon nama sidak dipakei. Ya sidaknya finally quit the partnership & go separately.
Just a piece of advice from me. Make sure you work out your plans & financial before you start your business. Bahaya bah bila running out of cash. |

sebenarnya kamek pun agreed ngan kitak pasal partner2 tok. mun dapat kamek nang sik mauk ada partner sebab ya lah bak kata kitak ..indah khabar dari rupa jak.
banyak kes2 org di tipu oleh partner dirik pun. My only partner in the business is my husband. Husband kamek nang ada business di KL tok tapi businessnya lebih kepada advertising and marketing jadi apa2 problem nang boleh merujuk kepada nya directly.
kira my husband is my mentor lah...apa2 business pun nang kamek selalu berdiscuss ngan nya dolok.
ya lah tok....carik tempat lok.....kuching kinek tok pun dah terlalu banyak berubah jadi kamek kenak molah working paper betul2. Thank you lah ngan advice2 kitak ya. really appreciated it. mun ada tips kah padah jak. |

Mun berpartner sama dirik nang susah. Bagus sesama kawan yg boleh dipercayak. Mun dgn relatives nang susah. Iboh jak. Kelak berjaik susah.
InsyaAllah mun ada tips kamek share sitok okay. For the time being kitak work on your working paper, polah forecast on your Income Statement & Balance Sheet. Yg penting modal mesti cukup utk 6 mths - 1 year pakei bayar overheads & other expenses. Nak nunggu breakeven & profits yg takes time juak. |
