REIT sesetengah tuh skang div yield very good, 9% ke atas senang2 provided can get enough volume.

AXIS reit tuh pd rega RM 1.43 skang bawak div yield 10.1%... exceptional returns. Of course risiko capital loss ada... tp kalu staying power ada its just short term jer... takdak hal. And buleh capitalise on upside of capital appreciation.

tul ckp Wak Kasi tu.....dividen boleh tahan gak....byk REIT yg listed skrg....dan dah tentu sure SC approved ..takyah takut scam atau just  mcm skim labu peram...
just study mana satu nak....rajin2 baca annual report sure leh decide....

ada 10 million..lepas tuh tanya kawan untuk ditanya orang kat forum..konpius aku...sapa ada 10 million, jarang aku dengar dalam bentuk cash..selalu sudah dalam bentuk properties atau pun saham atau sudah dalam bentuk pelaburan..even dalam 1 juta lebih..

ada 10 JUTA tp tak tau nak melabur kat mana? Kalau ada 10 JUTA tak payah susah2 call banker, banker akan call kita. Bank akan assign Personal Wealth Planner untuk u, utk manage yr investment.
Kalau segan nak berurusan dgn bank, ada byk financial planner yg bertauliah.
Mmg kerja utk manage dan buat financial planning utk clients, advise on asset allocation. Ada byk investment instrument. Semua terpulang kpd risk appetite dan investment objective client.
Pick up the phone and set apptment. 10 juta byk tu......kenalah dptkan khidmat pakar.

currently yielding 12% div @ RM 0.88

Kalu price naik sampai RM 0.99 pon masih div yield 10.6% utk 2009.

Sesuatu yang boleh diambilkira utk pelaburan

tapi naper REIT kat stock market tk aktif traded......volume ciput2 jekr,,,,retails tk minat ker ....

retailer wat 125% on kub in 3 weeks, SAAG, oilcorp, sugarbun seme 100%+ in less than 3 weeks... apo deme nak pandang pulangan 10% per annum bang....
