susah nak turun berat badan

agak2 saya lah kat mmu.. .sebab boleh sanggup jalan kaki ke jusco...

maybe nak jog kat area univ tu, segan kot. tapi kalau tak jog pun, just banyak2 buat brisk walking pun ok. tak silap pernah terbaca kalori keluar tak banyak beza pun between jogging & brisk walking.

ooo... heheheh... wat pe nak segan... jgn wat sorang2.. ajak kawan2 lain sama.. tkde masalah laa... jln2 pun ok gak.. tp hani prefer jogging lagi.. leh tingkat stamina

kalau xleh joging tiap2 hari...buat hari minggu jer...at least ada jugak senaman.
jalan kaki pun bagus...
yg penting jaga pemakanan..x mkn nasi semata2..x semestinya bley kurus
