Dams maybe renewable power, but we're still paying for it. The cost of using those renewable power is still falls onto the shoulders of the people.

Time must come when the people has the right to produce, store and use their own energy (via wind turbines and solar panels), and the Government should produce biofuel using locally obtainined resources (which will cut the price at least half).

A low cost in fuel assumption will boost the economic greatly as well.
