'' This agreement between ______ (the "Co" ) and ______ (the "Reseller" ) is effective as of _________, 2009.

1.  The Co agrees that all resellers are dinosaurs and will be extinct very soon.

2.  The Reseller agrees that since it can add no real value to the business endeavors of the Co, it will stop nagging and trying to slurp a percentange of the Co's sales.

aku patut kena buat surat lantikan dah... dari awal lagi.. tp management berterabur sikit...

sebab distributor aku pun dah masuk 37 0rg.. pastu tak kira agen2 kecik lagi...so takut cross... dan produk2 baru akan di oferkan kepada distributor...

tunggu sahaja... insyaALLAH Akan digegarkan..
