baru baca paper pasal benda ni ari ni, menarik , ada kena mengena dengan fluid mechanics rasanya ...emmm bab boundary layer , lapisan sempadan .. apa kan daya x larat nak fikir skrg..letih sgt after long tiring journey |

boundary layer - the layer of slower flow of a fluid past a surface |

1. hmm.. maybe principle of bernoulli's also involve, high wind velocity , low pressure on the sea water surface , atmosphere pressure 'move' the water aside , (no wind blowing side) , and keep doing that until it reach the seamud?
2. let say for 1 hour of high speed wind blown at that particular area will reduce certain high water, and it consitently keep blowing at that particular area and cause reduction further and further.
3. can do a simple experiment here, a straw & a bowl of water .. blow through that straw on the surface of water in that bowl.. and the wind blowing pattern must be inline/parallel with the water surface , see what happened? i haven't tried this yet , just some hypothesis . |

and how do i relate it with boundary layer?
1. wind blowing at certain speed.
2. and the water wall should also 'move' with the same speed, the further side (from the wind should be static) , and if it so why the water wall not moving anywhere? i GUESS , we should also consider on the vorticity effect.
too complicated ... but hopefully what I'd suggested could make sense.

it could be happened provided that the velocity wind was too strong
to give such higher force to make the "lagun" appeared
halaju angin yg tinggi---> memberikan tekanan di sekitar atmosfera rendah
maka, bila tekanan udara rendah, perbezaan tekanan menyebabkan air berpintal membentuk lagun spt yg dinyatakn animaniac
Persamaan di atas :
komponen yg dipengaruhi: tekanan sekitar, p ; ketinggian bendalir (z) ; halaju bendalir (v)
persoalannya, klu ikut gmbr di atas, aliran ombak ke kanan manakala halaju angin ke arah utara...

i guess the above pic is only an illustration , actually we can simulate using any CFD software to see if the 'sea' really separated .. seriously dauswq lot of parameter need to be considered (and that explained why the writer can get his Master Degree by just doing research on this?) and i'm kinda pissed off they don't make it public |
