sbnrnya ko scrub/berus je hari2.. kalau boleh scrub yg biji dia kasar2 tu.. kalau boleh scrub yg tambah dgn moisturizer. senang lepas mandi xyh sapu moisturizer sbb kebykkan org kita ni mls sket nk sapu2 losyen ni. kalau rajin pon, 3,4 hari je.. lepas tu, jadi arkib la losyen badan tu.. wat hari2 walaupun org kata jgn wat hari2.. insyaAllah hilang sume daki2 hitam tu.

CHEMICAL NAME

HYDROQUINONE.



INDICATIONS
Hydroquinone is applied to the skin to lighten areas that have darkened (hyperpigmented). Hydroquinone will work best if you avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and wear sunscreens and protective clothing some hydroquinone products contain sunscreens and other cosmetic ingredients. Some products are available only with a prescription.







DIRECTIONS
Hydroquinone Cream is for use on the skin only. Use carefully if applying to the face. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. Use as directed, usually twice a day. For best results, apply a small amount of medication on the skin to be treated. A thin layer is all that is needed. Rub in gently. Do not use on irritated or broken skin.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered do not apply it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.





SIDE EFFECTS
Hydroquinone may cause dry skin, burning, irritation, redness, cracking or peeling of the skin or a rash. Inform your doctor if any of these symptoms continue or become worse. Notify your doctor if you develop: a skin rash, swelling in the area the medication was applied to. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: a gradual blue-black darkening of the skin (ochronosis). In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.





PRECAUTIONS
Tell your doctor if you have: other illnesses, other infections, any allergies (especially to sulfites, certain brands of this medication contain sulfites). This medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if this medication is found in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.





OVERDOSAGE
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.





INFORMATION
Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. Discard unused medication after the expiration date noted on the container.
