Nak jalan santai2 tapi jauh lagi baik pakai kasut la. Last week aku jogging, tapak kasut dah tercabut. X sempat nak pergi tampal. Semalam acah2 nak brisk walk pakai selipar je, pagi ni terus buku lali & lutut rasa sakit.
Nak cakap padal yahudi nasrani. Trainer bulan islam pon x bagi orang overweight buat high impact exercise. Ni nasihat universal la.. bukan brainwash ke hapa

Briskwalking lebih sesuai, kasut mesti selesa . Tapi kalau dah biasa tidak makan berlebihan, dan sentiasa aktif ( semasa bekerja dan di rumah),  badan akan fit dan tak obese

Ada geng tempat kerja memg tiap minggu lari kt trek, aku lak jika mood rajin tu pun jln kaki jer kira aku bru satu pusingan jalan dia dh 3pusingan
Hri tu ada medical dtg check kesihatan, tekanan darah, gula, etc semua lebih tinggi dari aku, aku lak semua normal

lol takleh blah agenda nak lariskan kasut tapi aku pon baca jgn jogging. sama ada brisk walk atau ko sprint terus. kalau tgk body sprinters vs atlet marathon mmg lain sangat, atlet sprint cantik yg marathon nampak tua dan keding
