5 bank aku anto
dah sign SPA? ada masa 3 bulan lepas sign utk full loan disbursement..... pi apply semula saja laa......

RHB bank BLR - 2.5%, no lock out period. If you are to sell your house within 5 years, no penalty to be paid to the bank unlike maybank, cimb etc.
So far I find RHB to be the better option. |

as salam,
nak tanya forumer semua, berbaloi ke kalau buat personal loan untuk dirikan rumah sewa? antara personal loan dan refinance rumah mane lagi ok?
saya plan nak buat rumah sewa dalam 3 pintu. kadar sewa semasa kat kawasan tu (kg melayu subang) dalam rm500 (keluasan rumah dalam 700sf).
untuk refinance plak, rumah yg saya duduk skrg ni baru 2 tahun dapat kunci. harga masa beli 4 tahun lepas rm350k dan harga semasa skrg ni tgk kat iklan mudah dalam rm600k.
agak2 mane lagi berbaloi, saya nak guna dalam 100k-150k. |

Salam kwn2 cari forum.. Saya nk tnye pendapat dan pandangan korang klw sy bli rumah secara "cash" tanpa pinjaman bank perumahan bagaimana proses guaman + perjanjian jual beli yer? Saya telah membuat perjanjian dgn tuan rumah dengan harga rumah yang berpatutan yang berada di Kajang... So nk tau cm mne proses tukar nama dlm geran dan guaman?? Siapa2 ada pegalaman sila kongi kt forum... |

still ada cost jugak... MOT dlm beberapa k jugak la.... cth rumah sy baru beli nilai dlm 560k so MOT dlm RM10800, tp yg ni bkn ke lawyer... ke gomen le kot...

Appoint lawyers to prepare SNP agreement agreeable to both parties..
check SNP supaya term of payment etc tu ok to u...
once snp signed bayar certain amount through the lawyer..
lawyer will get and prepare the transfer doc for submission together with all original doc..
once transfer doc ready for submission.. lawyer will inform to prepare full payment
payment submit through lawyer in exchange for transfer doc...
submit all doc to pejabat tanah for change of ownership kat geran..
tungguuuu... geran baru kuar atas nama u
once dah transfer jgn lupa inform majlis bandaran pulak... gd luck

and mcm fairiza cakap tu.. kena setel MOT kat LHDN dulu sebelum submit for transfer tu..
it is part of the requirement..
get lawyer yg ada experience.. they will handle everything for u..
