Acong...  kalo buble... yg beli umah mahal2 camno?
Tapi kan... aku elok je settle beli umah.. dlm 500++k rumah selang sblh jual dlm 600++k. kalo search kat mudah ada yg tibai sampai 700++k. adoi kalah main saham... semua naik ratus2 riboo je. apa nak jadi dgn Malaysia ni... gaji cipooot jugak. rumah mencanak2 naik.

Tapi aku nampak ada satu rumah corner mmg x de org beli... seram je rumah tu sbb tingkap dah tak de... semak samun tumbuh pokok semua.... dah rupe villa nabila aku tgk. brp la rege dia kot. hahahahahaha

beli direct dgn developer, RM500K pun tak jadi masalah pasal dulu siap diskaun & free SPA dan macam2..... org yg beli direct owner gak parah..... dah ko beli RM500K, dah tentu ko nak jual RM650K......

10% dah RM65K... tu tak kira kos lawyer, loan & duti setem lagi..... mau gak minima RM85K.... tu belum kira duit nak reno sket2 & beli perabot lagi....

selamat maju jaya laa......

1. price of oil moving south.........less tax contribution from Petronas to the Govt.
2. price of various commodities also on the downtrend except for CPO that is a little bit steady
3. weakening of ringgit
4. KLCI moving down
5. potential for another interest rate hike
6. GST
7. more and more companies will be offering VSS to staffs (latest media prima)
8. "island hopping" - manufacturers closing down their Malaysian plant and will open up one in China due to lower labor cost and near to a very big market.......Chinese population itself
9. damages as a result of flood will eat billions of Govt money
10. weak demand of properties in Singapore, Hong Kong. Investors will move back to these countries to buy cheap properties there
11. many unsold properties especially apartrments/condos
12. current price of houses are beyond reach by the majority of Malaysian population
13. Banks are more cautious on giving loans
14. Government will launch more PRIMA housing scheme (political motives)
15. negative economic health of Malaysian trading partners (e.g. Russia, China)

Very most likely oil price akan stay low throughout year 2015

Main reason (as cited by articles and economics) is Saudi wants to bankrupt Shale Oil Business not only in US but also whole world.

Among other reasons; most interesting i read is "social obligation". Current price is overpriced, not truly transpired true cost of living..UAE at one time exercise salary adjustment lower all out about 4-5 years ago. Now is the same, but on larger scale...and together...this is purely political..when they enter the game, all rational bets are off.

Dont be surprised if later on you will read Dr.M support the movement...I kinda have a guess he also played some role in this...

only for 1m and above...umah bawah 500k sentiasa hot cam goreng pisang panasss..baru2 ni gi launch bandar puteri bangi, umah teres rega 700k+ tgl beberapa unit jer...bygkan kalo rega 500k
