saya...tengah plan nak reduce weight..and tengah cari alternatif terbaik utk turun berat..ingat2 nak beli excercise bike........tapi takut jadi tukun je..heheheeee

    Paling mudah nak start senang jer.

1) Ambil separuh makanan yg selalu u amek. Contoh: let say....breakfast kalo selalu makan sepinggan mee mulalaa dgn separuh. Lunch and dinner pun mcm tue. Dan jgn skip meal you k!!
2) Kurangkan laaa makan nasi.....Contoh kalao bekfast selalu nasil lemak....nasi goreng ker. Gantilah bende lain. Lunch and dinner...makan nasi separuh....sayur separuh ,,,ikan or ayam or daging...(pilih salah satu)
3) Kalau dah boleh maintain makan separuh dlm seminggu or 2 minggu. Baru start diet yg sehat . Contoh at least makan 5 kali sehari...bekfast (7-9) roti bakar, oat,telur.....minum pagi (1030-11) milo or coffee biskut...lunch (12-2) nasi sayur and ayam or ikan or daging. .... tea (4-530) coffe, tea...kuih 2-3 keping  and dinner (6-8) (elakkan makan nasi)....kalo lapo mlm minum laa miloo and biskut 2 keping sebelum tiduer (last makan must 3 hours before u sleep)...... time diet nie mmg kena betol2 jaga makanlaa.
4) Bykkan berjalan....naik tangga, masa duk kat office try kempiskan perut....byk kali lagi baguss...

85 kg...berat sbelum kawen 56-58kg je..huhhuhuuuuuuuuuuuuu...30kg nak kena buang tu,.....

    Tahan nafas and kempiskan perut. Nak dapatkan perubahan drastik mmg lambatlaa. Tapi at least tgh duduk2 wat keje kiter buat something. Insyallah....boleh membantu.
