Position : IT Specialist – CIF & eApplication (BAU)
Location : KL

Roles and Responsibilities:
•        Manage Service Management and Business As Usual for CIF & eApplication System module.
•        Activities involved
•        Problem Management and Troubleshooting
•        Perform coding and unit testing
•        Perform system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing and implementation
•        Assist in the implementation of projects and enhancements
•        Assist in technical feasibility study, evaluate and analyse user requirements
•        Assist in preparation of Functional and Technical Specifications
•        Assist in production support and resolution of issues
•        Develop applications in accordance with System Development Lifecycle

Requirements:
•        Diploma or Degree in IT or other related fields, with 4-5 years relevant working experience
•        Knowledge in Banking will be an added advantage
•        Possess knowledge on AS400 RPG, Microsoft ASP and SQL Server relational database
•        Good technical, analytical, communication and inter-personal skills
•        Good understanding of system development life cycle process
•        Possess initiative, drive, ability to work well independently and in a team are essential attributes
