Job Description

·        Providecustomer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding tocustomer inquiries.

·        Monitorsales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service andquality service.

·        Endto end follow-up on incidents/requests to ensure proper closure andconfirmation with customer.

·        Recommend,select and help locate the right merchandise.

·        Provideinformation about products, care, and maintenance.

·        Engagedin helping customer to purchase, updating customer details, reconciling cashreceipts, or in performing services for customers.

·        Arrangeand display merchandise and keep merchandise area tidy.

·        Takestock inventory.

Job Requirement
• Minimum qualification: SPM andabove. Fresh candidate strongly encourage to apply
