kaka tadi ada buat chocolate cupcakes yang tidak guna telur
dan tidak guna butter
instead of butte ...
Ini macam menarik sahaja,
sebab guna olive oil ,tentu healthy.
Ada resepi tak boleh share?

kek yang kaka buat recipe sama dgn yang @Keram post atas tu
cuma instead of 1 cup water, kaka ganti dgn 1 cawan nescafe
dan gantikan vegetable oil dgn olive oil biasa bukan evo
olive oil tak affect sikit pun flavour kek

sya pakai olive oil utk ganti mana2 kek yg pakai minyak mcm carrot cake, banana cake.. sedap aje rasenye.. pastu sya pn pakai je resipi biase tp kalo nk kurangkan gula, i'd simply reduce it.. takde nk exact2 measurement sgt pon.. hehehe.. |

Sugarless Cake
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup plain flour
1 cup cold water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup nuts chopped
1 cup dates chopped
1 cup prunes chopped
1 stick margarine melted
Boil dates and prunes in the one cup of water for 3 minutes then add margarine and raisins and let cool. Mix flour, soda, salt, eggs, nuts, spices and vanilla in a bowl and then add to fruit mixture. Stir to blend then pour into cake tin. Bake the Sugarless Cake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Sugarless Fruitcake
This one is from the sugar-free desserts collection of AllRecipes.com.
1 cup chopped golden raisins
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped cranberries
1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple
1/4 cup grated lemon peel
1 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tsp Stevia powdered extract (a natural sweetener)
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or oat or spelt)
In a medium bowl, mix stevia with orange juice and stir in chopped cranberries. Soak 1 hour, mixing often.
In a large bowl, mix raisins, nuts, coconut and lemon zest in the flour until well coated. Add cranberries and orange juice mixture. Sprinkle baking soda over mixture, and mix. Stir in spices. Fold in crushed pineapple. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 F for 40-45 minutes. Cool. Makes 1 loaf.

Sugarless Banana Bread
1 3/4 cup sifted cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted margarine
2 egg, beaten
Liquid sweetener to equal 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 medium sized bananas, mashed
Method:
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add remaining ingredients except bananas. Stir only until flour mixture is moistened. Fold in mashed bananas. Pour into greased 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees until top springs back when touched, about an hour.

Sugar Free Cherry Oat Muffins
1 1/4 cups unbleached flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon lite (or regular) salt
2/3 cup all fruit black cherry jam
1/3 cup apple juice concentrate
1/2 cup cherry juice concentrate
2 1/2 to 3 Tablespoons canola or safflower oil
1/4 cup water
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. In a different bowl, lightly beat egg whites, and mix in all wet ingredients. Mix liquid and dry ingredients,with a fork, just enough to moisten. Next, gently fold in oats and mix well.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 full, and bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, they're done. Cool about 10-15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Makes 12 muffins.

Blueberry Muffins Ingredients:
1 cup self raising flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1 1/2 tsp Equal
1/2 cup milk
1 egg or 1/4 cup Egg Beater
2 1/2 tbsp melted shortening
1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray muffin tins with non-stick vegetable spray. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat Equal and egg together. Add milk and melted shortening. Stir into the flour mixture. Stir in blueberries until just mixed. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Divide into tins.

dulu dulu saya mencari juga kek yg tak de guna tepung, gula telur......nak yg betul2 guiltfree bila makan.
dah try buat a few recipies, rasa tak macam kek sangat dan tak puas makan...last2 buat kek biasa, kurangkan gula + makan sikit je lah.

1 tablespoon heavy cream
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter, softened
Spray a 2-cup measuring cup or small bowl with cooking spray. Add the egg and beat it with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until a smooth batter forms. Microwave on HIGH 30-60 seconds or until it puffs up and no longer looks wet in the center. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.

Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small microwaveable bowl until the batter is as smooth as possible. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Cool completely or serve slightly warm.
