resepi dari aku plak ;-

udang sebesar ibu jari - 5 ekor goreng or panggang sampai udang tu kecut,...pas tu kopek kan kulit udang tadi,....

cili padi..kalo nak pedas bole tambah lagik

belacan

garam n gula sikit jer...

mula2 tumbok cili, garam n gula

pastu taruk belacan tumbok sampai lumat,..

then last skali masok udang n tumbok tp jgn sampai lumat sgt,....

erm,...sedap mkn ngan nasik panas2,..ada pon lauk lain aku tak pandang da,....

me hantu sambal belacan ni..makin pedas,me lg suka

tp me xpandai wat sambal belacan sbb xpandai nk buat anggaran byk mana belacan nk guna,garam dan gula cmna plak sukatan..

any petua??

best sambal belacan nih kan kan....  mcm pembuka selera dah.....

mcm me kalu wat smbl belacan juz bakar.. pastu campur tomato sket+ gula  + limau kasturi.. x taw yg goreng... hihihi
pas nih try la... tq ^_^
