Resepi-Resepi Untuk Membuat Ice Cream

Mini Pavlova
What you need:
* 3 egg whites
* Pinch of salt
* 1/2 cup caster sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
* 1 teaspoons cornflour
* Whipped cream and fruit of your choice
* King’s Carnival Ice Cream
How to make it:
1. Preheat the oven to 240°C. Brush a baking tray with melted butter.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the egg whites and salt.
3. Using an electric mixer, beat until a stiff peak form. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until the egg and sugar mixture is thick and glossy and the sugar has dissolved completely. To know when you’re ready, the mixture wouldn't tip if you turned the bowl upside down!
4. Add the cornflour and vinegar and beat on a gentle speed until combined.
5. Spoon the mixture onto the baking tray into a mound.
6. Reduce the oven to 150°C and bake the pavlova for 1 hour or until it changes to a pale cream colour and is crisp on the outside.
7. Once it has cooled down, spread the top with whipped cream and top with fruits and ice cream and serve!
Peach-O-Politan
What you need:
* King’s Carnival Ice Cream
* 1x can of peaches
* Nata de coco
How to make it:
1. Take a scoop (ONE) of King’s Carnival ice cream and place it into a large ice cream bowl.
2. Fill the bowl with peaches and syrup from the can and top it off with nata de coco.
Cape Carnival Cracker
What you need:
* King’s Carnival Ice Cream
* Digestive biscuits
* Bananas.
How to make it:
1. Take a scoop (ONE) of King’s Carnival ice cream and spread it on a digestive biscuit.
2. Slice the bananas into thin pieces and put it on top of the ice cream.
3. Cover it with another digestive biscuit.
Choco Nut Explosion
What you need:
* King’s Carnival Ice Cream
* Digestive biscuits
* Bananas
How to make it:
1. Take a scoop (ONE) of King’s Carnival ice cream and spread it on a digestive biscuit.
2. Slice the bananas into thin pieces and put it on top of the ice cream.
3. Cover it with another digestive biscuit.
Chocolate N' Cheese
What you need:
* King’s Chocolate Ice Cream
* Cheese
* Cinnamon powder
How to make it:
1. Take a scoop (One) of King’s Chocolate Ice Cream and place into cup or ice cream bowl.
2. Grate cheese finely and then sprinkle over ice cream.
3. Sprinkle some cinnamon on the top for more flavor.
Chocolate Chip Chip
What you need:
* King’s Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
* Wafer biscuits
* Toffee sweets
How to make it:
1. Take a scoop (ONE) of King’s Chocolate Chip ice cream and place it into a cup or ice cream bowl.
2. Boil the toffee sweets until they become syrup-like.
3. Put some wafer biscuits over the ice cream and pour a small amount of the toffee syrup onto the ice cream.
Cookies And Dream
What you need:
* King’s Cookies ‘n’ Cream Ice Cream
* Cherries
* Grapes
* Raspberries
How to make it:
1. Take a scoop (ONE) of King’s Cookies ‘n’ Cream ice cream and place it into a large bowl.
2. Cut some grapes into halves, then blend the ice cream and mix in the fruits.
The Raspberry man
What you need:
* King’s Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream
* Greek yoghurt
* 1x cup of black coffee or espresso coffee
How to make it:
1. Take one or two scoops of King’s Raspberry Ripple ice cream and place it in a cup.
2. Take two tablespoons of Greek yoghurt and mix it with the ice cream.
3. Blend the ice cream and pour in the black coffee or espresso coffee.
Sweet Corn O' Mine
What you need:
* King’s Sweetcorn Ice Cream
* Red beans
* Barley
* Jelly
How to make it:
1. Take a scoop (ONE) of King’s Sweetcorn ice cream and place it into a large bowl.
2. Boil the red beans until they are soft.
3. Repeat this for the barley (separate boiling).
4. Top the ice cream with the red bean and barley.
5. Proceed to slice some jelly and mix it with the ice cream.
Giant Profiteroles
What you need:
* 1/2 cup milk
* 55g unsalted butter
* Pinch of salt
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 2 extra-large eggs
* King’s Tic-Tac-Toe Ice Cream
How to make it:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the milk, butter, and salt in a pan over medium heat until scalded. When the butter is melted, add all the flour and beat it with a wooden spoon until the mixture mixes well together and forms a dough.
2. Constantly stir while cooking over low heat for 2 minutes. The flour will begin to coat the bottom of the pan. Put the hot mixture into the food processor bowl fitted with the steel blade.
3. Add the eggs and press pulse until the eggs are fully incorporated into the dough and the mixture becomes thick.
4. Spoon the mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a large plain round tip.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned, and allow them to sit for another 10 minutes. To test when they’re ready, tap on the bottom crust, it would give a hollow sound!
6. Cut the profiteroles in half and place the ice cream in between like a sandwich. Pour chocolate sauce on top and serve!
