Sambal Tumis Daging

   SAMBAL TUMIS DAGING





BAHAN-BAHAN:
300 gm daging (hiris nipis)
1 batang serai (dititik)
3 helai daun limau purut
250 ml air asam jawa
1 biji bawang besar (hiris bulat)
60 ml minyak masak
300 ml air Garam dan gula




BAHAN KISAR:
15 tangkai cili kering
6 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 cm belacan
   
   
CARA MENYEDIAKAN:
1.Tumiskan bahan kisar sehingga garing. Kemudian masukkan serai dan daun limau purut. Tumis seketika hingga naik bau.
2.Masukkan pula daging dan air. Reneh sehingga daging empuk dan airnya kering.
3.Masukkan air asam jawa, garam dan gula secukup rasa. Didihkan sehingga pecah minyak.
4.Akhir sekali, masukkan hirisan bawang besar.
