Mudah Saja Rupanya Buat Kuah Rojak Buah!

Rojak buah-buahan jika dapat dihidangkan ketika bersantai di rumah, memang sangat enak.


Buah nenas, timun dan juga sengkuang dicurahkan dengan sos atau kuah rojak. Memang terbaik!


Di sini disertakan cara-cara untuk membuat dan menyediakan kuah rojak buah. Tak sukar rupanya. Hanya campurkan kesemua bahan dalam periuk. Jom cuba!

Bahan:


1 botol kicap
1 botol sos cili
1 ketul gula merah/ kabung
Setengah botol sos tiram
3 cawan gula
Garam
Belacan
Kacang tumbuk


Cara-cara:


1. Masukkan kesemua (kecuali kacang) dalam periuk dan pasang api.


2. Kacau sehingga mendidih, gula merah harus hancur.


3. Tutup api dan barulah masukkan kacang.


4. Sejukkan dan sedia dihidangkan. Taburkan lagi kacang tumbuh di atas buah-buahan. Selamat mencuba! - CARI

masa tumbuk cili tu, + belacan sekali
tp sya x + belacan sbb x mkn sgt belacan, alergi sikit
nnti kalau + belacan ramai pulak yg x makan..
x de geng nak mencicah...
