Harrison is back for the new feature – set 30 years after the original and co-starring Ryan Gosling as a new Blade Runner known as LAPD Officer K.
The film centres around a discovery by Ryan’s character which could threaten the very existence to humanity.
While the posters don’t give away too much, it looks like the dystopian future envisaged by Ridley Scott and film writers Hampton Fancher and David Peoples hasn’t exactly improved.
One poster shows Harrison’s character Rick Deckard standing in a dusty environment with a large destroyed statue.
The sequel movie is directed by Oscar nominated director of Arrival, Denis Villeneuve, is written by Hampton Fancher and Michael Green – from a story developed by Hampton and Ridley.
The cast includes Guardians of the Galaxy star Dave Bautista, Oscar winner Jared Leto, Golden Globe winner Robin Wright, and sees Oscar nominee Edward James Olmos reprise his role as Gaff.
Blade Runner 2049 will be released in the UK on 6 October 2017.
A behind-the-scenes video released in June 2017 offered quite a bit of new footage from Blade Runner 2049 for fans to ogle, both from the film itself and from a “making of” perspective.
Presented by Entertainment Weekly, the “Time To Live” feature also includes interviews with the cast and creative team on the film, in which they offer some insight on director Ridley Scott’s vision for the film and the methods they used to recreate the look and feel of the original. Beyond all of that, though, the video also offers a taste of the sequel’s musical vibe — which features an audio element that would initially seem right at home in the 1982 film.

Box Office: 'Blade Runner 2049' Bombs With Disastrous $13M Friday

And this is what I’ve feared the whole time. Despite rave reviews and white-hot buzz in the film twitter bubble, Blade Runner 2049 is turning into (at least) a domestic whiff because general audiences didn’t care. The very expensive ($155 million, after rebates) sci-fi sequel to a film that was itself a (somewhat) acclaimed bomb is essentially playing like Ridley Scott’s “for the fans” Alien: Covenant . The Ryan Gosling/Harrison Ford futuristic tone poem earned just $12.7m yesterday, including $4m (31%) in Thursday previews alone. Barring surprising legs akin to the far more crowd-pleasing Kong: Skull Island , we’re looking at a $32m debut weekend, which is less than this May’s botched Prometheus
sequel/ Alien prequel. At best, it'll tie
Alien: Convenant's $36m debut. So much for the Rotten Tomatoes effect.

Ok la cerita ni.... wlupn agak panjang durasi smpai 3 jam tp make sense la sbb byak scene yg penting2 utk diceritakan... I pegi tgok sbb hadap Jared Leto jah dlm cite ni tp sayangnya heols muncul sekejap sgat
Aku sorang aje ke rasa movie so depressing sangat...
Aku tak tgk filem pertama soa base on apa yang aku faham si Joe ni sebenarnya memang dijadikan utk membantu Deckard bertemu kembali ngan anak dia kan sebab tu dimasukkan memori kuda kayu tu... klu ada yang faham lain sila kongsi sebab aku memang blur mula2 tu..
Sorry guys Spoiler Allert
Banyak scene senyap so nak terkentut pun takut orang dengor..
Penerangan pada mula tu aku sedikit confuse tapi bila movie ni terlalu banyak fakta nak ditunjukkan lagi lah aku blur..
Sipa tertidor 2 kali.. ending dia tak wow sangat la...
