Sajat Dah Didakwa Di Mahkamah Kerana Berpakaian Wanita?

Usahawan kosmetik, Muhammad Sajjad Kamaruzzaman atau lebih dikenali Nur Sajat didakwa sudah dihadapkan ke Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah Shah Alam pada awal bulan ini atas pertuduhan berpakaian seperti wanita.


Menurut sumber, Nur Sajat bagaimanapun mengaku tidak bersalah selepas pertuduhan dibacakan di hadapan Hakim Syarie Mohamad Khalid SHaee @ Shaii.

Nur Sajat didakwa atas pertuduhan menyebabkan agama Islam dipandang hina dengan cara dirinya seorang lelaki yang berpakaian menyerupai wanita.

  

Dia didakwa melakukan perbuatan itu dalam majlis bacaan Yasin dan solat hajat, pada 7.30 malam, 23 Februari 2018 di premis kecantikannya, Nursajat Beauticion, Jalan Serai Wangi G16/G, Seksyen 16, Shah Alam.


Bagi perbuatan itu tertuduh didakwa mengikut Seksyen 10(a) Enakmen Jenayah Syariah (Negeri Selangor) 1995 yang memperuntukkan hukuman tidak melebihi RM5,000 atau penjara tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau kedua-duanya sekali, jika sabit kesalahan.

  

  

Menurut sumber itu lagi, Nur Sajat dibebaskan dengan jaminan RM3,000 dan kes akan disebut semula pada 23 Februari ini.


Sebelum ini tular di lama sosial, rakaman video yang memaparkan Nur Sajat menangis dalam keadaan bergari. -CARI
