Episode #401 - "The Same Deep Water As You" (airs 9/27/06)
We find out what happened to Nathan, Rachel and Uncle Cooper. We also find out who is pregnant. And there is also the question: Who wrote murderer on Dan's wall!
Episode #402 - "Things I Forgot At Birth" (airs 10/04/06)
A new character, Derek, will come into town. A charismatic, handsome and likable guy whose self-confidence can sometimes be misinterpreted as cocky. Derek can be charming and relaxed but can be equally intense and driven to get what he wants. Will he rip Brooke away from Lucas?
GENERAL:
- Keith will return in Season Four! Well, at least we're hearing that he'll be appearing in the first episode. We're counting on him either being a ghost or flashback guy, but we'll take him any way we can get him.
- Uncle Copper will not survive the crash from season finale.
- There is a good chance Chris Keller will be returning to Tree Hill this season.
- Karen will have a baby girl. But what about the other pregnancy? E! Online's Kristen is on bump-patrol to see which Tree Hill gal is with child. She recently asked some of the stars and they had some pretty funny answers. Watch the video for yourself.
- Naley fans will be pleased that that twosome is good and solid in season four.
- Peyton will get herself a new love interest, which is good since her BFF Brooke is gone and she's painted over her rules on the door. And things aren't looking so good for Brucas either.
- Mouth is the one who wrote MURDERER on Dan's wall! It seems that he was still in the school when Dan did the dirty deed.

- Lucas will found out about Peyton's feelings for him by episode three.
- Nathan's emotional distress carries over for the first three episodes.
- There will be no abortions from anyone.

- Uncle Cooper does die. He will be in a hospital bed at the end of the premiere and die in #402. There's a scene with Rachel in the hospital looking at his body with a Lucas voice over.
- Rumored that Rachel had a miscarriage in the accident. She will start sleeping around after Coopers death.
- Nathan escapes just fine. He is a little emotional though. He hears/sees a mirage or someone in the water that tells him to get out. There is a hospital scene where Haley tells everyone she saw Rachel pull the wheel of the limo right before it went into the water. It's rumored that the mirage that Nathan sees in the water is keith-that also explains why Craig Sheffer is suppossed to be back for the first episode. A rescue scene was filmed at the bridge said it was "heart wrenching" when Nathan finally surfaces. Nathan is guilt ridden and becomes depressed and of course, Haley is helping him through it. At least one of the apartment scenes is an emotional breakdown for him.
- Brooke and Lucas break up in first episode. Brooke feels that since she didn't really miss Lucas when he was gone they aren't meant to be.
- Brooke is the other one pregnant. Haley is the only person who knows, as she went to the doctor with her.
- By episode five, Brooke will have made the descision to keep the baby. Lucas doesn't know about the baby and continues to fight to get Brooke back.
- On Brooke's birthday Peyton and Brooke always go to the mall. Peyton tells Lucas this so the pair show up together to see if Brooke will show. When she does and sees them both there, she assumes they are together.
- Brooke moves in with Rachel. Her first comment is "Hmm..big house, no parents. I used to have one of these!"
- Derek is Peyton's brother. He kind of shows up and says it then leaves a letter with his phone number explaining it all in a Led Zeppelin album. Lucas calls for her because she doesn't have the nerve to do it herself.
- Dan is trying to help Karen with her pregnancy and buys a bassinet and sets it up for her.
- Karen is having a baby girl.
- Whitey offer Skillz Lucas' position on the basketball team.
