Badan tak leh terima susu...

Sejak aku down sebab manusia tu,

Aku punya berat badan jatuh teruk.Nampak kurus giler dah..

Jadi, aku dah nak gemukkan balik badan aku ni..

Aku try minum susu sekotak besar setiap hari

Tapi tak boleh la..dia buat aku kena diarrohea...kenapa ek?

Aku minum susu jek, perut aku sakit dan asyik  nak membuang je..

How to overcome benda ni ek?.Boleh ke?

apa lah masalah ko ni? aku pun tak paham.... cuba ko pikir & tanya diri ko;
nak gemok wajib minum susu bebotol-botol @ bekotak-kotak ke?
org yg gemok/obes tu sbb minum susu bebotol-botol/bekotak-kotak ke?
apa yg menyebabkan org gemok/obes? terlebih makan? terlebih susu? etc.
org tergemok tu terlebih apa?  terlebih lemak, karbohidrat, protein, vit. etc....
kalo ko leh jawab suma tu, rasanya ko takder masalah nak tergemok pon...
maka makanlah & minumlah ikut jawapan ko tu (tu pun kalo jwban ko tu betullah hehehe...)

tapi aku rasa & percaya ko leh jawab suma soklan tu ngan betul sbb ko dah beso panjang & bukan budak tadika lagi, tul tak?

dah tau tak leh minum susu & mendatangkan masalah kat perut ko, yg ko minum berkotak-kotak tu naper? sengal tul... sori ter emo sikit ngan soklan ko tu, dah beso panjang pun nak suh org len gak jawabkan, tu lah pasal.

awak ni lactose intolerant rasanye. anak sedara saya dulu macam tu jugak, so time baby dia kena minum soy based milk.

tanya sket, dairy product awak leh makan tak? ada kawan suami saya, semua benda berasaskan dairy dia takleh makan, termasuk la cokelat

harap2 awak tak sampai gitu la

aku boleh je telan susu plain tp kalo dah campur nak perisa, siap la asik ulang alik ke toilet.

nak gemokkan bdn , mkn la sekawah nasik pon tp kalau asik dok susah ati, xjadik jugak.

ala sian nye... cokelat tu sungguh la sedap. narif hari2 kena makan cokelat, kalau tak makan rasa serba tak kena (gian le tu, hehehe)

betul cakap true, kena ganti susu ngan yogurt atau soya. tak pun amik la kalsium pil cam zehra

kalau nak naik badan elok amik byk protein. kalau karbohidrat takut gemuk tak sihat. kalau protein ok sket rasa nye

(kalau salah jgn marah. dulu time spm biology dapat 5 aje )

pisang memberi sumber tenage dgn segera...sbb tu atlet mkn pisang...

pisang kaye ngan potasium, yg menstabilkan blood pressure...


pisang antare fruit yg bnyk karbo (ratio stiap 100mg)...fungsi karbo ialah...

pisang seswai utk org2 yg ade malnutrition prob...

pisang seswai utk org2 yg depress....

ok..takpe..aku faham..ko pk aku negatip...because for me...susu tu full of protein so, aku minum satu kotak setiap hari, expecting that the protein can help me to increase body weight aku ni..sebab aku rasa susu adalah minuman yang high nutrition sebab tu aku buat camni..tak sangka lak dia boleh buatkan diarrohea....so, aku tanya la, camne nak gantikan aku punye rutin ni..cuma aku tak faham apa masalah ko?
