kak liza.. nak tanya skit.. saya ketinggalan, tapi baca a few pages mcm menarik je.. saya tak makan ikan sg or darat, kecuali ikan sepat masin or talang.. tu pun setelah di ikan masin kan..

tapi ni rasa mcm nak rasa and cuba buat.. kalau ikan laut.. ikan apa kak liza boleh suggestkan..

and dulu rasa kak liza pernah tunjuk buat ikan yg lumur garam then kukus.. something like that lah.. tu ikan apa pula ye..?

rasanya ikan kembung rebus kot...:stp:

kalau nak buat ikan pekasam..
setahu kakliza ikan sungai atau jenis  ikan air tawar..

tapi kalau nak buat ikan asam..masam2 lembut gitu..
cuba buat ikan gelama atau selar atau tenggiri pun boleh....
sapukan garam dan simpan dalam petisejuk semalaman..
esok just masak gulai ciliapi + lengkuas/serai...
ehhhhh..terliur la pulak....

kalau nak buat ikan kembung rebus tu..
rebuskan ikan kembung yg telah dibersihkan  dgn sedikit asam keping dan garam + air sikit jer...
pastu baru goreng jer..

cubalah...

tapi kakliza pernah buat cawa rengkas..
sapukan garam dan asam keping + 2 s/b air..
masukkan dalam microwave..
masak selama 15 minit pada MEDIUM..
pastu dah sejuk ikan tu..gorengkan...jadikkkkkkk..

ni dah campur dgn beras goreng...terlebih letak air pulak!

aduh achik..banjirnya tu..harap2 oklah yer..soulha wat hari tu kering sngt..msk hari3 dh mcm nk berkulat beras tu..tk tahulah kot2 beras tu goreng tk berapa garing atau terlalu kering sngt..tk banjir cam achik..anyway habaq mailah bila dh cukup matang yer...klu  ok soulha nk wat versi basah cam gini palk...

hehehe..tkderlah berbisnesnya akak...wat mkn sendiri pun fail lg..hehehe...soulha guna ikan tilapia hitam tu..disini belambak2...arab wat ikan bakar lg..tp klu ikan sungai tu jer yg pemes...tk nampak lglah sepat puyu dia..ada ker tidak pun tk tau..
