Tp start dari minggu lepas mmg ikut cara yg abg din bgtau
cut carbo dari 3x kurang kepada 2x
kul 10 pagi
mkn nasi separuh, sayur, dan ikan..
menu pilihan mcm asam rebus, singgang, tomyam
air suam jee..
ptg kul 2-3
mkn biskut/ roti dgn neskafe
mlm sebelum kul 8
mkn sayur/lauk dgn air suam
kadang ganti dgn oat
snek jajan semua stop..bt masa ni join erobik jee
td try timbang sekali lagi takut result yoyo

mcm nie la..utk elakkan dari terlalu lapar, boleh buat stok biskut oatcruch or apa biskut dlm peket kecik2..
peh tu stok kekacang...roti gardenia kecik2 harga 70sen tu..
n beli air susu kotak....
so time dok buat keje tu leh sambil ngap ngap ngap.. memang pun bila kita terlalu lapar nafsu makan akan naik mencanak canak..
bila balik memang selalunya penat nak senam...better kartieka tido awal..peh tu bangun awal... ambik masa dlm 20 minit jer tuk senaman ringkas... kalu nak jimat masa buat senaman berasaskan tabata.. |
