Groom-to-be Eom Tae-woong steps off "The Dog"
Actor Eom Tae-woong has stepped down from the movie "The Dog".
Eom Tae-woong decided on "The Dog" and was supposed to start making at the end of October. However, the delay in the movie caused him to make his decision. Han Ye-seul is still thinking about it.
"The Dog" is directed by Sin Jeong-won from "Chaw". Their reunion was welcoming news but it ended up the other way round. Apparently Sin didn't have enough time to prepare as it wasn't long after the release of his movie "Ghost Sweepers". The cast couldn't wait as they had other plans too.
Eom Tae-woong is going to focus on his wedding and new SBS weekend drama "The Biography of Yi Sun-shin". Eom, who is getting married in January will start the movie as soon as he gets back from his honeymoon.
"The Dog" is about the involvement of gangsters, detectives and scientists in a case of a dog infected by alien species.

‘My Girlfriend Is an Agent’s Joo Won, Choi Kang Hee, 2PM’s Chansung, and more come together for their first script rehearsal
Choi Kang Hee and Joo Won have finally met for the first script reading rehearsal for their new MBC drama, ‘My Girlfriend Is an Agent‘, which has recently changed its name from ‘The Secret Lovers‘ to match the original movie version title.
The cast met for the first time on November 13th at the MBC Dream Center to break the ice and rehearse their script. Choi Kang Hee, who’s taking on the female lead ‘Kim Seo Won’, commented, “It’s been a while since I’ve been in an exciting drama such as this. I’m happy to be working with senior actors whom I’ve always respected.”
Joo Won, who will be playing the male lead of ‘Han Gil’, said, “I’m still lacking in areas so I’m grateful to have been given an opportunity to play a great role like this. I’m looking forward to learning a lot of acting from my amazing new seniors.”
2PM‘s Chansung, who will be playing ‘Gong Do Ha’, a special agent, earned a round of applause from the cast after belting out “Hands Up” at the scene. He greeted everyone by saying, “I’ll do my best not as 2PM’s Chansung but as actor Hwang Chansung.”
‘The Secret Lovers’ will begin airing in January of 2013.

Joo Won reveals he receives 640 USD per month for allowance
Joo Won recently discussed his spending habit, or the lack thereof, and revealed that he entrusts his parents with his income and receives allowances every month.
In an interview with tvN, Joo Won revealed, “My income increased recently, but i have my parents take care of my bank account. I get 700,000 KRW (approximately 643 USD) per month from them as allowance. The only time I really need money is when we have dinners with the ‘1 Night 2 Days‘ members. When it’s my time to pay, the hyungs are nice to me and just order cheap dishes like naengmyun (cold noodles).”
Joo Won revealed, “When I was in musicals, I received 2,000,000 KRW (approximately 1,840 USD) in 8 months. I had no money after bus fees and food. When we had outings or dinners, the bus times would have passed, so I couldn’t go home. Sometimes, I received money for taxi and food from my fans.“
