but fyi ..atkins only suitable for 2 weeks only...(it just the sama like another type of dit such as south beach diet, juice diet n etc)
more than that... i'm afraid that it will affect our kidney systems
so please bear in mind that the rice is not sinful as long as you know how to control the portion

urmm.. as usual for breakfast i take fried mihun/kuetiuw/mee/rice.. sometimes i take roti jala..or nasik lemak..
for drink .. neskefe or melo ..
for lunch .. i just take i set of baked bread or sometimes burger or rice..
for dinner.. i take a small potion of rice with chicken/prawn/squid..
owhh... limau suam?? i have limau nipis in my freeze.. i should make limau suam for my dinner today.. it is works well for loosing weight?? i just want to loose about 4-5 kgs n slim my tummies
ermm..your breakfast is quite ok..for a starter..
lunch..erm, quite ok..if your burger has the salad quite ok..
dinner..erm, you did not consume salad during dinner? huhu..quite dangerous
well then, i am not thinking it may take a few times..but you need to done it concistently..huhu..
if you at a large portion of food, then i think you eat so much..
that why you gain you weight...please, when you eat avoid drink water..
drink the water after you finish your meal..
i am not know much about eating manner, but as i know when you drink and eat simultaneously is not good..

we should exercise to get fit....you can eat but watch the portion
but please dont believe in any short cut to lose your weight
i believe in OLD SCHOOL METHOD
workout..workout and workout+ balance meal with portion control
yes, there should no short cut to lose weight,
even you use the Jus Mate 5 they have a plan for you how you can achieve to lose weight,
workout is the best way, but truly...
I also do not have time for work out, and yet I have control my diet,
complete food are important, and that why we need to eat plenty of vegetables and fruits..
only them can provide us anti-oxidants.. |

it is ok to take the carb but try to reduce it

we need at least rice(carbohidrate)+vegetable(anti-oxdants,fibre)+protein(eggs,chicken),
that should be appropriate..
but..
if your diet do not consume any vitamins especially vitamin B,
you are in trouble..
why?
vitamin B complex mostly used to increase metabolism(process food in stomach), release energy in carbohidrate and also for the body to create new cells..
you can get vitamin B from egg's yolks, fish, chicken meat...
and do not forget to take fruits!
fruits are very important as to prevent you some illness, provide anti-oxidants and many more.. |

to take care our kidney system,
always drink plenty of water,
help it to remove the toxin inside your body,
one more things,
if your kidneys failed to operate,
you may propably get high chance of gout,
because gout is occur when most of the toxin in your body did not remove properly,
so, they appearantly stuck at your joint..
