bila dah dapat berat yg diidam kn baru nk mkn as a reward to myself...

Berat masih statik... Adakah stage plateau? So pasni nakmcuba kurangkan kalori dgn makan gardenia breaktrough... Dan cari dumbell... |

lama x check in sini.... minggu lepas penurunan x byk.. mungkin sbb buat pilates jek.. HR x tinggi... mimggu ni pun di jangka turun sikit gak... 2 hari gi janda baik ikut suami ada bengkel... jadi makan pun pepaham jek laa... anggap jer cheat day .. dh la air kurang.... hihi harini kena balik semula pada fitrah nak jaga makan... moga masa rabu nanti x terkejut kalo tetiba berat naik... huhuhuhuhu... bila la leh pecah tembok 6 kalau mcm ni gayanyaaaa...x pe sikit2 turun, asalkan turunnnnn.. jgn naik....

Salam linamys.....last weekend i rajin exercise....hehe....i notice after exercise i takde selera makan....3-4 hours lepas tu baru terasa nak mkn....and i don't eat before exercise...
Pagi nie I weight myself still 51kg no change....but semlm i amik my body measurement.....hmmm i think i am shrinking a lil bit..i pakai pants padini size S, pagi nie rasa longgar, pakai belt pun longgar gak....i think kena wat extra hole on my belt.
This week harap2 dpt kurangkan cheat day.....and drink lots of water.... |

berat x berubah dn inchi kurang tu petanda yg baik.. mungkin berat otot.. atau air..
