i learnt .... pil calcium tak boleh dimakan dgn iron pils
kang nutrient dari pil calcium ilang... kalau nak makan gak
mesti diselangkan lebih 6 jam.. so pagi lepas makan baru makan
pil calcuim.. then 6 jam plus |

tambah kak.. jgn memalu.. ah.. tu sayur.. amik eh

air masak ko kat belakang.......... ah... jgn main siku |

ko cakap pil kalsium ni kan, dulu my elder pasal dah tua, then tangan patah semua, so kena makan satu pil kalsium ni tau...
Mak datok, dia punye undang2 nak makan punye susah.....
satu minggu satu bijik, tak boleh lebih, kat tiap2 paket, kena tulis tarikh untuk setiap pil...lepas tu nak makan pun kena tunggu berapa lama selepas breakfast, tak boleh tu tak boleh ni.....
ni la ubat paling leceh aku pernah nampak, pharmacist tu ulang2 explain pun aku cam blur lagik. |

maklumlah airkon kuat.. aku pon minum air kuat 
aku baru tau ni pil kalsium pil yang banyak pantang
hehe.. aku ada seminar pasal osteoporosis :stp:

...eerrr...actually...calcium when taken with iron reduces the effect of both minerals...not just calcium alone...tapi..tak yah lah nak kena tunggu sampai 6 jam...just 2 hours apart will do...and for your info...certain antibiotics like tetracycline and ciprobay...u also cannot take together with any iron or indigestion medications...cause it will reduce the efficacy of the antibiotics... |
