never too late. he was a great qb at purdue. i hate it when notre dame had to face him, irish defense had a hard time trying to bring him down. i always believe that he'll be a very good qb in west coast type offense (short passing game with occasional vertical), and he proved it while in san diego and now with the saints. i was a bit crushed when chargers grabbed him early in second round few year ago - i thought niners had a chance in late 2nd or somewhere in 3rd round.
i think, he'll be even better if he had a chance to work with mike shanahan.

Kudos to wolverines
Despite a frustrating season, Michigan wins the bowl game against Heisman trophy's winner Tim Tebow's 3TD passing and 1TD rushing |

no offense to Hawaii, but I'm happy they lose. It's kinda confirming my suspicious that they have unbeaten record because of weaker schedule. Owh well maybe Georgia was playing too well to show the world they deserved to content for the national title. |

yeah, they do have weaker schedule. i think, the warriors are better than what they showed in sugar bowl. may be they were overwhelmed for the chance of playing in their first bcs bowl ever. brennan shot blank all night long, o-line forgot to protect their shooter. their defense was okay, not bad. but, they were tired for spending too much time on the field. not trying to find an excuse for them but the start time may also affect them. they are not used to play at 3:30 pm hawaii time. when they play, most people usually asleep already.
on the other hand, bulldogs really showed that they deserved to be in national championship.
p/s: run and shoot offense usually exposes the qb more to opponent defense since they don't put enough bodies to protect the qb (they don't use tight end). against georgia defense, you're practically handed them deluxe meal.
