Jonah & Bop ini kek cheese kak Mah tapi tak cantik walaubagaimanapun kek tu sedap. Kalau gunakan springfoam tin mungkin cantik. Nanti kalau ada masa kak Mah nak buat lagi.
Akak ucapkan terima kasih pada chanel. Anak-anak akak semuanya suka kek tu siap suruh akak buat lagi. Kek yang akak buat tadi pun dah tinggal separuh. Itu pun anak akak yang lelaki nak bagi kat best friend dia.

Wah kak mah, cantik kek tu, tapi kenapa dia set ke dalam ye?  Wah, saya ni hantu kek, tapi kena slow2 buat sebab tak larat hari2 makan kek.  Tapi kengkadang bantai gak...:bgrin:

Mungkin sebab akak gunakan yang square agaknya. Atau cheese tu terlebih creamy. tak taulah. nie kena tanya Chanel kat mana silapnya.

By looking at the pic, i am sure kak Tajmah dah over-cream the cheese and sugar and may i know what is the size of the pan you used ?

HUhuhuhuh..ini yg malas masuk sini nie..tgk gambor aje dah meleleh. tengok resepi aje rasa nak buat..tapi tak buat2 pung lagi asik tertangguh aje projek...banyak benor list projek nie.. Tengok chanel punya cheesecake, memang betul2 mengoda nafsu makan aje:lol

Kak Noor pun sama lah O2, bila masuk jer topik ni..aduiii kus semangat ..semlm gi TESCO lalu kot bahagian cheese terus teringat resepi Chanel ni..apa lagi rembat je dulu cheese tu..nak buat tak tahu bila..janji cheese dah ada dlm peti..bila rajin terus on..masalahnyaa..berat ku makin naik ni..adoiiii....seluar jeans dah makin payah nak butangkan..kang ada yg pakai suar tak berbutang..cam artis lak...kuikuikui :lol

Durian cheesecake



Biscuit base:
250 gm digestive biscuits,blend till fined
125 gm butter, melted
2 tbs sugar

Mix above ingredients together and press onto the bottom of a 9 inch springfoam tin.


filling:

500 gm cream cheese
160 gm sugar
4 eggs
1 cup whipping/double cream,lightly whipped
3/4 cup to 1 cup durian puree ***** (depend on your own taste-bud)
1 tsp durian paste

Preheat oven to 180'c
Beat the cream cheese and sugar till light and smooth.
Stir in the eggs one at a time and blend well.
Stir slowly in the lightly whipped-cream,durian puree and durian paste(stirring with a spoon/ballon whisk)
Bake into the preheated oven for about 60 miniutes or till lightly brouw and set.
Cool the cake in oven.
Well chilled before serving.

***** when i make this durian cheesecake i add only 1/2 cup durian puree,coz i dont like strong durian flavour you can add more if you like...

P/S:my son dont eat this cheesecake coz he said durian is sting:kant:
