tak berapa nak faham ni, hehe..
tp ada dengar2 cakap2.. bgtau elok kalau buat belian dana sikit kalau ada simpanan,

Tapi definately, our eco cycle akan naik.
Klaau CT nak simpan 2 tahun keatas, tak ada masalah.

Since tuan kirawang ada mentioned ttg inflasi, aku ada type balik camna Unit trust bole overcome inflasi..the contents are from Inflation pemplet yg dpt free dpd branch..

Sama jug kita dulu..
1, Masa sekolah, org cakap 500 dah banyak
2. Masa IPT,,3 ribu dah rasa banyak..
3. masa kerja...Gaji 2 ribu,,tak cukup...

Ayah saudari nakkan Divident oriented. P Islamic Div Fund.
Nak moderate risk ambil P islamic Balance Fund.

Balas #210 kirawang\ catat

jual tudung? bukan tu org lain kot...

my father baru nak berjinak2...paham2 ler org tua ni cuma tau asb ajer kalo sebut saham terus tak mo dengar.... my father tertarik sbb dia tgk pulangan ittikal qies dpt lebih dari yg asb bg sedangkan duit dlm asb lebih dari yg qies masuk UT...bila dah citer ngan dia ...dia berminat ler nak try ngan small amount biasa ler org tua2 ni depa byk nmpak yg buruk dari yg baik nak2 tang utung tu lelebih lg word SAHAM tu

my fahter tak de target....as long as dia bole stay dia akan stay....(harap dipjgkan umur) cuma qies berpendapat elok kalo dpt yg dividen every yr cam asb ler....sbb nak bagi dia confident ngan UT...then dah ok baru ler bukak citer fund2 yg lain2...

bagaimana lak tuk anak2 sedara qies...kirawang rasa mana yg ok tuk their future....budget permulaan dlm 3k each...qies target tuk long term investment...kurang2 sampai umur depa 18thn kot2 nak guna duit tuk sambung belajar...kurang2 bole wat top up..tgh berkira nak masuk PIOGF tuk depa atau masuk ke china fund...but since my kids dah masuk china fund ingat nak try pulak tgk yg lain....mana tau kot2 ade rezeki lebih bole gak bukak lak PIOGF tuk diri sendiri or anak2...

Btw, Kalau long term. tak kisah ambil mana mana .

suruh agents saudari educate ayah saudari betul betul, Takut beliau terkejut.
Invest hari ni, 3 bukan jatuh sekejap, velue kurang, takut dia risau.....

Shanghai is up over 22 % from its low and has had an 18 day line change up - one of the most powerful indicators of trend change. This is a Turtle Traders indicator.

Before the 75 % collapse in the Shanghai Index, beginning in the 4th quarter of 2007 there was heavy promotion of China Country funds.
Many sheeps went to the slaughter house.

For the last few weeks as Shanghai had a powerful rally, I did not see one news ad for a China fund. It looks like the Tigers are quietly buying.

The recovery in China and base metals will definitely support Malaysia, Australia, Korea, Hong Kong stock markets and the AUD Man funds as well as the AUD.

The Chinese as well as most Asian economies are on much more stable footing than the US/ UK. The Chinese economy is run prudently and the banks are sitting on top of huge cash reserves.

The Chinese economy is built on savings and productivity as opposed to the US economy which is built on debt, living and spending beyond ones means. Many big name Investment banks and money center banks are built on a culture of fraud with the collusion of corrupt politicians and SEC regulators. No wonder scared savers have lost trust in the US banks and have rushed into Treasury bonds that pay almost no return. Many prominent US banks are technically insolvent

While technical analysis concentrate on price and volume, fundamentalists focus on economic forces that drive the economy

. Fundamentists study the cause while technical traders study the effect. Most traders use a combination of both approaches. The problem is that charts and fundamentals are often in conflict with each other. Usually at the beginning of market moves, the fundamentals do not explain or support what the market is doing. These are the critical times which traders looking for certainty and confirmation will miss the boat. Once the market moves the fundamentals are evident but it is too late.

It is like a bouncing ball. The most acceleration happens when the ball hits the support. Once the ball goes up it loses momentum and falls back.
