Kadang2 kita jumpa kedai kosong untuk di sewa kan di kawasan bagus. Kedai tu dah lama kosong tapi takda orang masuk sewa atau pun selalu tukar tokeh. Itu pun nak kena jaga. Tanya peniaga2 kat situ kenapa mengapa. Jangan tanya orang2 yang bukan peniaga tapi dapat kan pendapat dari peniaga. Mungkin orang ramai lalu lalang tak jauh dari kedai tu tapi kerana kedudukan kedai tu dia orang tak lintas kat depan. |

coz I can't give commitment with that business. I prefer a freelance business. that cyber cafe is very potential,so many buyers are interested indeed. |

Sounds fishy kan. If the returns are good why dispose off a sound investment? RM5k is peanuts. You should be projecting into a long term business plan. Buying and selling off something to just scrape RM5k doesn't sound like a good business model to me. |

Now my money keeps reducing everyday bcoz no more business I'm running. With the previous cyber cafe at least I made 100 - 150rm perday eventhough I lost 30k for the beginning. What should I do now? |

boleh saya ksai idea.....masih ada modal or fidak.....kalau u ada 30 k join kami saya consultant utk biodiesel n biopetrol,u boleh jadi consultant d compny kami sama2 buat,modal cuma dlm 12 ribu...n selebihnya duit u tu u simpan buat back up n belanja u,kita tgh bkembang d sabah n sarawak n d semenanjung...selanjutnya u e mail saya d [email protected] |
