mula2 i mmg email team rad je then bila sis bagi email ika i terus email ika. but the rad team yg reply the email. very short n comprehensive the email.. say sorry and then ask me to post it back utk dpt ganti yg baru... mmasa one of the staff call i pun brapa byk kali mintak maaf sampai i pulak yg segan.cm ni lh org berniaga... customer friendly gitu... well done ika n rad team

baru je puji dorang, me bukak email td, ika bgtau x nak tanggung kos pos return.
dia bgtau boleh guna pos express. dia pos to me pun nk guna pos express.
pos express kan x boleh hantar brg selain document sekarang ni kan?
atau ada pos express lain?
this is x fair lah for me.
dorang yg hantar defect, asal me pulak yg tanggung postage kan?
