berapa harga BM tu.....banyakkah fungsinya?.......adakah kena pi kursus untuk belajar cara guna BM tu?

kak liza beli dengan cara penukaran kupon COSWAY...

kak liza dapat buku resepi buat roti bersama dengan BM tu..
so nampaknya kenalah buat praktikal..
mengenai kursus tu..kak liza rasa boleh dibuat apabila kita praktikalkan Bm tu dengan resepi yg diberikan dulu..
pastu kita tanyalah sesiap yg sudah baisa gunakan BM ni..

rasanya kalau nak buat doh ..macam buat donut..pizza..croisent tu..bun pedas..bun manis....hanya gunakan cara dough jer lah kot..

anyway kak liza belum habis review buku panduan lagi...:lol

Siapa tadi yang suruh uli pakai tangan?

ni kak Dar tengah mengah menguli tepung nak buat roti Jews. Masa mula mula tu pakai FP - siaplah dough dia, tapi sekarang time nak menguli dgn tangan pulak ..oh mak tak daya den! nak torcabut tangan ni ha~

Tobat ni la first and last uli pakai tangan - nak kena cari jugak Bread maker. :lol

hehe lawak lah post atas ni semua .. macam macam

Roti dah siap - gambar dah ambil - Huduh sepang! Rupa asal roti ni (dlm buku) mcm ni juga tapi comel lagi lah. Saya punya ni keras kejung - tersalah bake 400F/45min.





Masa tengah uli tu kan .. dpt satu idea. Kak Dar suruh ''abe'' tulung uli sebab tak larat. Lagipun masa nak beli bread maker hari tu dia ckp uli pakai tangan jer tak perlu mechine ni. Dia pun ulilah (Ya Allah sakit jiwa tengok dia uli - lepas tu memandai jer dia tabur tepung dkt papan canai. Banyak pulak tepung tu.
Habis adunan tu jadi keras berbalam balam) - kak Dar purak purak marah konon konon frust tengok dough tu dah jadi ''belacan''

Kesian dia - susah payah dia try buat adunan tu cantik balik - sbb tengok muka kak Dar dah panjang dia ckp - Hari Sabtu ni kita cari bread maker. Habis jer dia ckp mcm tu kak Dar rasa nak melompat tapi kena teruskan lakunan. Kang rahsia bocor tak dpt bread maker pulak

K.dar buat roti respi siapa? nampak macam best je..
Masa peram tu Inai rasa tak payah balut adunan tu dgn cling film...just tutup keseluruhan permukaan basins/mangkuk tu ngan cling film or towel lembap...kalau balut adunan tepung camtu, dia akan berpeluh dan tak naik seperti yg sepatutnya dan roti akan keras....itu pendapat inai je berdasarkan pengalaman sendiri....Inai bukanlah pakar pun

Nanti kak Dar letak gambar roti & resepi. Resepi tu suruh kak Dar tutup dng plastik berminyak so kak Dar ikutlah .. kang tak ikut kang tak menjadi pulok

tergelak xette bila kak Dar ckp abe kak Dar tu sesuka hati tabur tepung...
jgn tak tau...dulu xette pon buat camtu..sbb dough tu melekat2..

Jewish Challah




5 cup white flour
2 teaspoon salt
3/4 ounc fresh yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
2 tablespoon sugar
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs

For Glaze
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoons poppy seeds for sprinkling

Tips
-----
If wished divide the dough in half and make two small challahs. Reduce the baking time by abt 10 min.


1. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Sift the flour and salt together into large bowl and make a well in the center. Mix the yeast with the water and sugar, add to the center of the flour with the eggs and melted butter and gradually mix in the surrounding flour to form a soft dough.

2. Turn onto a flour surface and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with oiled plastic wrap and let rise, in a warm place, for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.

3. Punch down, re-cover and let rise again in a warm place for abt 1 hour. Punch down, turn out onto a floured surface and knead gentely. Divide inti quarters. Roll each piece into a rope abt 18 inches long. Line up next to each other. Pinch the ends together at one end.

4. Cover with lightly oiled plastic wrap for abt 35-45 min. Preaheat oven 400F

5. Beat egg yolk and water for glaze together.

6. Brush the egg gentely over the loaf. Sprinkle evenly with poppy seed. Bake for 35-40 min or untill the challah is deep golden brown.
