my mum selalu pesan....kalu masak nasik tiap kali tudung rice cooker or periuk nasik tu bukak....masa nak tutop balik tu kena buang air yg melekat kat tudung tu (air yg terhasil dr condensation / pemeluwapan kat tudong periuk tu).  Kalau air dr tudung periuk tu masok kedlm nasik...so 80% nasik akan basi keesokan harinya esp. kalau weather panas.  Itu lah tips dr my ibunda tercenta.

Hi Sis, my receipi simple senang saja.

Bahan2.

Nasi.
Bawang putih 3-4biji dihiris nipis.
Mix Vegetable.
Udang
Isi Ketam.
Lada sulah.
Sos Tiram.
Telur ( selalunya I goreng dulu )

Cara2.
Tumis bawang putih sampai wangi dengan butter
Masukkan mix vege,isi ketam dan udang sampai separuh masak.
Masukkan nasi and sos tiram dan juga lada sulah secukup rasa.
Masukkan telur.
Dah siap dan sedia untuk dimakan.

Untuk hiasan selalunya I tabur daun bawang dan bawang goreng.

You boleh tumis dengan minyak.No problem yer.
Cuma I prefer use butter to get the taste.

sebut pasal butter..me teringat gak dulu kecik2..
tok rajin suapkan nasik gaul planta..
kena nasik panas2 pastu amik planta..gaul cepat2..
pastu kami sepupu sepapat ramai2 beratur just nganga mulut ja..tungu nasik masuk mulut..hehehe..

semalam buat nasi goreng cina suka hati

ayam - isi hiris2
udang - suka hati
telor sebiji
lada hitam
bawang putih
sos tiram

tumis bawang putih - masuk ayam n udang, masuk sos tiram, masuk lada hitam (letak byk skit baru bes), chicken stock skit jer, masuk telor kacau rata then baru masuk nasi - siap untuk dihidang.

saya punya rice cooker pernah rosak, so srh apek repair. Lepas tu je nasik selalu basi and satu lagi, sebab masak lembik n penutupnya lak jenis kaca, selalu ada air. Klu letak dlm aisbox, mmg ok. Ari tu je lupa letak dlm aisbox

Tak ada rahsia apa pun cuma untuk chinese fried rice I tumis with butter dan percik sikit minyak bijan bila dah masak tu.

Nasi Goreng Unplanned
Sebabnya ada nasi lebih, tapi tak cukup untuk dua orang, so Hiro campur dengan maggie. Rebus maggie macam biasa, tapi jangan lembik sangat, tos and goreng dengan nasi. Ni lah hasilnya. Hiro letak bawang, hotdog, sayur, dan tak ingat. Ikut sukahati.
