ari tu yed buat kek batik mcm tak jadi je.....

nie resepi dpd kawan..

400gm milo
400gm biskut merrie
3/4 butter yg 250gm
3/4 susu pekat F&N..

kuahnye pekat sangat dan sikit je...

hi...hehehe,kita semalam 1st time try buat kek batik berpandukan resepi2 dlm tread ni...tapi x jadi sgt,kat bahagian atas mcm x keras..hari ni buat lagi utk cubaan kedua..hopefully jadi lar...x tau result lagi,still dlm fridge...

Oh mmg akan jadi lemau..Cup suka yg biskut tu jadi lembek, jadi mcm kek..tak suka keras biskut tu keras..
Kalau Yed suka yg biskut tu keras n kata yg kuah resipi tu sikit, then kurangkanlah biksut tu..

aku suke kek batik yang lembut beskutnye.. rasa macam makan kek aje..
pastu senang potong tapi nak masaknye leceh sebab lepas masak atas stove, isi adunan dalam loyang pastu kena bakar kejap lak nak bagi betul2 masak.. tapi sangat sedap le rasanya bagi aku..
ada resipi member aku bagi tapi tertinggal kat opis..
esok2 kang rajin aku tempek resipi tu kat sini

ohh lepas tu kena masuk dalam oven...kira cam masak 2 kali...sedap ye..mmm..jgn lupa post resipi ye..kalau rajin nak try gak..aku dah try 2-3 resipi tapi so far aku stick dgn resipi maklang..ada letak air..sbb aku suka texture lembut..

Ni resipinye   :-

Bahan-bahan:

   8 biji telur

   340gm mentega

   3 cawan milo

   2 tin kecil susu pekat manis

   2 cawan air

   1/2 cawan koko

   1/2 cawan nestum

   1 cawan gula castor

   2 sudu kecil esen vanilla

   550gm beskot marie (dipatahkan kepada empat)


Cara-cara membuatnya:

   Pukul mentega dengan gula, selepas itu campur telur satu
persatu dan dipukul sehingga halus, ketepikan adunan ini.

   Campurkan adunan air, milo, koko, nestum, susu manis dan
esen vanilla.

   Masukkan kesemua bahan-bahan di atas (1&2) ke dalam
periuk dan digaul di atas api yang sederhana sehingga
pekat. Sejukkan, kemudian campurkan biskut marie yang  telah
dipatahkan empat tersebut dan digaul dengan perlahan-lahan.
Masukkan ke dalam loyang, tekan dengan rata kemudian
dibakar selama 45 minit.

Adunannye banyak kan.. boleh di"half" kan neh.. pastu kalau nak kurangkan gule pun bole ni .. ala2 terlalu manis nampaknye

ha'aa tu la aku rasa pun bole aje kalau takmo taruk gule..
pastu kalo air tu tukar ke susu mesti lemak kan rasanye ..
ha'ah dia tak keras kejung macam kek batik biasa.. tekstur dia lembut macam kek lapis..
