actually ada silap teknik skit masa letak inti tu..

patutnya spread kat doh..
tp huda pi letak kat hujung je..mcm nak buat sring rolls tu...

kita pernah try buat gakkk, out of 4 times, sekali jer jadik tupun berbau yeast. the rest kerass cam batu leh balik kluar tingkapp
last weekend dah beli bread flour and yeast ... nak try again. hopefully menjadik resipi yg cilok sini

tq tapi idak le lawa mana pun. Maisya selalu ada masalah kalau bubuh inti yg cair cam kaya ke or mexican bun punya inti tu( butter + brown sugar )....mesti meleleh keluar, rasa macam dah klim elok-elok tapi abis bocor gak...ada apa-apa tips tak?

I pernah jugak ada problem macam tu. Tapi sekarang ni dah ok. Memang bila kita tgk macam dah kelim elok tapi sebenarnya tak cukup rapat. Masih ada ruang untuk cecair keluar sebab bila dibakar, pressure memang kuat dari dlm.

Bila dah taruk inti, klim atau cantumkan elok2. Pastu klim lagi sekali. Maknanya tutup klim yg mula2 tadi dan ratakan permukaan. So tak de la berbengel2. Sebab selalunya kat benggel2 tu yg berlubang.

sedapnyaaaaa, semalam kita try buat sweet dinner rolls, tapi kenapa kat atas dia tak shining macam ni, atas dia keras sikit, tapi dalam ok...

roti tu naik kembang, tp lepas bakar jd keras kedekang... especially yg bun tu... yg letak sosej tu bole gagah ler... itupun time panas, bila dh sejuk pun jd keras jugak....

kita pun pernah jadi macam ni. rasanya sbb yeast and uli tak cukup lama.
semalam try ok la jugak, boleh makan.
i think yeast paling best mauripan tu. kan kan kan ?

Dah pernah cuba macam-macam resepi roti tapi tak pernah jumpa yg tak gunakan butter/marjerin/shortening/oil. Tertarik dengn resepi ni so cuba buat semalam. Hasilnya ok jer macam roti yg lain ...ni pun maisya guna tepung gandum biasa, kalau guna tepung roti mesti lagi ok dari ni.

non butter non oil recipe. Sesuai untuk diet

Bahan-bahan ( 8 biji )
- Bahan A -
125g tepung roti -maisya guna tpg gndum biasa
2 sudu kecil dry yeast
2 1/2 sudu besar gula
50g telur - lebih kurang sebiji telur size sederhana
100ml air (40C) - yg ni maisya guna fresh milk

- Bahan B -
125g tepung roti - maisya guna tepung biasa
1/2 sudu kecil garam
===============
telur untuk sapu - maisya guna kuning telur campur dengan susu sikit

Cara-cara ( maisya tak ikut cara-cara ni , maisya buat macam cara buat roti yg biasa je...tak perlu asing bahan A dan B )
masukkan semua bahan-bahan A ke dalam mangkuk. Kacau.
Kemudian masukkan pula bahan B. Uli sampai licin selama 10-15 minit . Kemudian rehatkan. Biarkan naik 2 kali ganda.
Tumbuk-tumbuk untuk keluarkan angin dan bahagikan kepada 8 bahagian. Buat bentuk bulat. Rehatkan selama 10 minit.
Kemudian buat jadi bentuk kon. Canaikan sepanjang lebih kurang 30-35cm dan gulung.
Bakar dalam suhu 180C selama 8 minit

boleh uli 1kg tepung
pakai cangkuk yang macam huruf S tu

nanti sy amek gambo
