tadi tghari kinna suh amik Supreme Diet.. so, dh amik... best gak rase nye.. ala2 Hadis Nutrimeal...
pas tu baru jap tadi, minum Liquid Manja Prune lak... best gak rasenye.... 
hopefully kali ni berjaya la hendaknye mendapat yg 2nd... sebab bulat baru operate remove fibroid tahun lepas.. so, agak susah lak nk lekat...

Kenapa S refer to sindrom...? sbb dia x nak kata disease (Penyakit)... Sindrom maknanya lebih luas....
PCOS
PCOS is called a syndrome rather than a disease because there are such a variety of symptoms. No two women have exactly the same symptoms. The following characteristics are very often associated with PCOS, but not all are seen in every woman:
1. Hirsutism: This condition produces excess hair growth on the face, chest, abdomen, thumbs, or toes.
2. Thinning hair: PCOS can cause androgenic alopecia--scalp hair loss--in a classic 搈ale baldness?pattern.
3. Acne/oily skin: In women with PCOS, oil production is stimulated by overproduction of male hormones.
4. Skin abnormalities: Women with PCOS may notice dark patches of skin, called acanthosis nigricans, most commonly on the back of the neck, but also in skin creases under arms, breasts, and between thighs, occasionally on the hands, elbows, and knees. The darkened skin is usually velvety or rough to the touch. PCOS can also cause skin tags, tiny flaps of skin that usually cause no symptoms.
5. Polycystic ovaries: Classic PCOS ovaries have a 搒tring of pearls?or 損earl necklace?appearance with many cysts (fluid-filled sacs).
6. Obesity or weight gain: Commonly a woman with PCOS will have what is called an apple figure where excess weight is concentrated heavily in the abdomen, similar to the way men often gain weight, with comparatively narrower arms and legs.
7. Infertility or reduced fertility: Infertility is the inability to get pregnant within six to 12 months of unprotected intercourse, depending on age. Because women with PCOS do not ovulate regularly, it affects their ability to conceive.
8.Menstrual irregularities: Women with PCOS may experience infrequent or absent menstrual cycles. Infrequent cycles is defined as having 8 or fewer periods per year. Irregular bleeding may include lengthy bleeding episodes, scant or heavy periods, or frequent spotting.
Because symptoms like acne and obesity have multiple causes, PCOS is often mistaken for another condition. Despite its name, some women with the syndrome do not have detectable ovarian cysts, whereas many women without PCOS do.

utk IVF.. hanya makan supreme diet aje.. bagi telur matang n cukup besar....

amin.. mudah2an sempat suburkan telur sebelum waktu subur ni.... ..
kalau nak cepat subur telur.. makan supreme diet 2 kali sehari.... time perut kosong...
minum air 3 liter sehari...kasi zat2 semua larut dan resap dlm badan... |

alaaaa.. takut la dengar. .. emmm ni nana baru period(kuar darah) 3hari.. tapi sikit jer... kata kalau makan biodex period akan lancarkan... tapi cam takpun... sikit2 je kuar... takut la jadi cam dulu... kinna rasa ape yg patut nana buat ek...

kinna, semlm saya gi ejen yg jual biodex ni .. dia kata pd sesapa yg prnh ada kes fibroid atau cyst dilarang ambik lobata krn takut sel2 cyst tu aktif semula .. betul ke ?? risau gak sbb hari tu saya sempat ambik 7 bungkus lobata |

kalau darah dah kuar... nana kena teruskan ambik bodylift.. kasi cuci semua... jgn ada yg sangkut n sumbat...
pastu minum 3 liter air kosong sehari... kalau kurang air pon..period kdg2 x lawas... |

memang betul tu... woman lobata x leh ambik kalau ada history cyst/ fibroid.. takut dia subur n besar..
sapa yg ada cyst/ febroid.. mesti maintein makan noni... baik agar x tumbuh.... kalau ada.. akan kecut... |
