skrg dah tukar my snack food....kalu dulu suka makan keropok-kerepek, coklat, ice cream, cake...now bila rasa nak snack jer makan kacang peas or baked beans....beli yg tin kecik punya, buat makan 2x..... |

berat u dah normal..bmi 19.92...dah ok sgt-sgt...jgn kurus sgt..tak cantik laa...biar ada isi skit midori...lagi bagus jika u boleh kasi up skit kat belakang tu..supaya melentik skit...ha ha ha ha...squat ke.. |

just nak turunkan another 2kg jer...i pnh berat 44kg, yg nie kurus lah....kalu 48kg, ok jer....kalu my waist 25", hip mesti 35"....kalu 26", hip mesti 36"....camtu lah slalunyer..... |

midori,terbakar...tercabar... jiwa & raga ku...i nk capai target ber kg2 nk sampai ke angkat normal...lambat lagi...setakat 2kg kejab je kan...tapi make sure jgn laa kurus lebih dari tu...ok?? |

how old are u now? masa i umur late 20an....berat jugak i....65kg ada kot....tapi bila masuk 30an jer....zaassss...dia turun dgn sendirinyer....terkejut tgk jari tembun leh turun berkg2....haha....nak turun 2kg nie susah lah....last year masa puasa dpt 49kg, tapi lepas tu i gi holidaying for about one month, balik cuti jadi 53kg....pastu dia main kat area 50-52kg....never go down to 49kg lagi...
Takper....slow2 u pun bole turun berat gak....now kan tengah turun, right? |

skrg nak fokus utk toningkan badan...
body nampak makin cantik...
bukan takat cantik berpakaian, tapi cantik naked gak...
bila tambah otot, insyaAllah lemak2 pun akan ikut kurang... |
