Sometimes I rasa nak pi.. sometimes bila otak kosong I xde rasa pape I pikir cam perlu ke pergi for what. Ape pun I kena start jgk kot diagnose sbb bila I ambik test DASS21 online the result is extremely severe depression. But still.. maybe tu just online test . Bukan clinical n professional test

Mmg I banyak fikir.. Banyak benda yg I harap will end/berubah, yet nothing changes.

Maybe penat trying to be strong.
Dulu acah2 kuat boleh lg nak tunjuk ok..

Tp maybe dah off limit.
Even benda kecik ticked me off skrg.

I rasa I bukan x sabar dgn benda2 remeh sebenarnya, tp ni impact benda2 yg besar jd dulu tp I tahan je.

Skrg benda kecik2 pun dah triggered me aduh

Mcm biasa lah akak, sehari ok. Then 2 hari jd zero balik.. lost blur, fikiran kosong. Then pikir pikir pikir hari berlalu camtu je.. huhu

I cuba gak keluar ni.. I pergi library today pinjam buku2 yg berkaitan dgn self motivation.

Setepek2 kena kat muka I baca buku2 tu haha

Okay la at least akak ada something to do, rentung pun rentung ler jgn lupa pakai sunblock yaaahhh

Ok la tu..at least ade hari yg ok kan.. dah bace buku2 tu try la apply ape yg mudah dulu..mase akak depressed tu akk tertengok 1 drama ni..korea la..x abes pon tau skip nengok few eps awal je..because this is our 1st life..sentap gak..terus ade motivasi sikit la..nak plak part bile die kate just because you live yesterday doesn't mean that you know everything about today..maksudnye cuba la teruskan kehidupan dgn ade sikit2 perubahan..sume org pon 1st time hidup kan..ke ade cik ponti di sini?? Kahkah

Akak boleh bg tip sikit ni je TT.  U start baca terjemahan Al Quran, hadis, sirah Nabi/sahabat/ahli tabi'in.  Insya Allah u'll feel good about urself.

DASS is reliable. Psychiatrist pun tau DASS. I skrg under medication utk bipolar. Dont DENY

I hope u seek psychiatrist. Private or government. Its up to you. Pls help yourself and berdoa pd Allah SWT as well. Make some effort, get up from your bed and keep moving. Just dont give up.

My emotion is very unstable lately.
Kdg2 one day I ok, semangat.
Then the next day I jd numb balik

I dah jd lost balik benci diri sendiri balik, rasa useless n good for nothing.
