Kerabu daging bakar:
Ingredients:
Daging (bakar atas api or oven, then potong kecik2)- i prefer tak kering sgt, bleh rasa daging still juicy.
serai - hiris halus2
bawang merah - hiris halus2
akar and batang daun ketumbar - hiris halus2
tomato- dadu
cili padi - hiris halus2
jus limau nipis
Sos ikan
gaul semua skali and tabur daun ketumbar, bleh tabur daun pudina gak kalau ske
semua ingredient tuh i main agak2 jerk ikur rasa |

Fuyu Persimmon & Butter Bean Salad ngan dressing limau jintan
i will have this to boost my protein intake during my meat free day
bahan2:
1 fuyu persimmon / pisang kaki korea fuyu
1/3 cup butter beans dalam tin..
3 cups green salad apa2
semua ni potong bit size..
dressing
1tbsp Serbuk jintan manis
1 tbsp olive oil
perahan lemon/limau nipis
salt
kacau2, dan campurkan dalam salad..toss the salad.. |

Chicken, Charred Tomato & Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed, or 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast (skip Step 1)
4 cups broccoli florets
1 1/2 pounds medium tomatoes
2 teaspoons plus 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
1. Place chicken in a skillet or saucepan and add enough water to cover; bring to a simmer over high heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer gently until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board. When cool enough to handle, shred with two forks into bite-size pieces.
2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add broccoli and cook until tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water until cool.
3. Meanwhile, core tomatoes and cut in half crosswise. Gently squeeze out seeds and discard. Set the tomatoes cut-side down on paper towels to drain for about 5 minutes.
4. Place a large heavy skillet, such as cast-iron, over high heat until very hot. Brush the cut sides of the tomatoes with 1 teaspoon oil and place cut-side down in the pan. Cook until charred and beginning to soften, 4 to 5 minutes. Brush the tops lightly with another 1 teaspoon oil, turn and cook until the skin is charred, 1 to 2 minutes more. Transfer to a plate to cool. Do not clean the pan.
5. Heat the remaining 3 tablespoons oil in the pan over medium heat. Stir in salt, pepper and chili powder and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 45 seconds. Slowly pour in lemon juice (it may splatter), then remove the pan from the heat. Stir to scrape up any browned bits.
6. Coarsely chop the tomatoes and combine them in a large bowl with the shredded chicken, broccoli and the pan dressing; toss to coat.
Tipover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Add more lemon and salt, if needed, just before serving.

Basil Chicken Stack-Ups
Ingredients
3 to 4 medium tomatoes
1 2 to 2 1/2 lb. purchased roasted chicken
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 medium lime, quartered
1/2 cup small fresh basil leaves
Salt and cracked black pepper
Directions
1. Cut tomatoes into slices and chunks. Divide among 4 individual plates. Using 2 forks, gently pull chicken meat off bones; shred in large pieces. Discard bones and skin. Top tomatoes with chicken and avocado.
2. Drizzle with olive oil. Squeeze juice from lime quarters over tomato, chicken, and avocado. Sprinkle with basil leaves, salt, and cracked black pepper. Makes 4 servings |

Strawberry Salad Recipe with Lettuce
Ingredients
Salad
- 1 Head of romaine lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 cup strawberries
Dressing
- 4 tablespoons liquid honey
- 4 tablespoons salad oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Directions
Tear romaine lettuce into bite size pieces. Peal and slice cucumber. Slice onions and strawberries into small pieces.
Pour dressing ingredients into a sealable container and shake to mix. Put dressing over salad just before serving. Enjoy! |

Strawberry Spinach Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
4 cups torn baby spinach leaves
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups strawberries, cut in half
1 cup green grapes
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
dash pepper
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation:
Arrange spinach on four chilled plates. Place chicken onto spinach and top with strawberries and grapes.
In small bowl, combine salad dressing, orange juice and mustard and mix well. Drizzle over salads and top with almonds. Serves 4 |

ada balance bahan2 lps masak nasik ayam weekend baru ni....so smlm aku buat la kerabu ni....eh ke salad namanye....
Bahan2 yg digaul skali:
Salad (siat2 ikut saiz disukai)
Timun (buang kulit n bijik dia)
Carrot (hiris nipis)
Ikan bilis halus (goreng garing)
Telur (campur tepung jagung n garam n dadarkan hancur)
Sos ikan
Limau kasturi (jus dia la)
Gula sket |

sebab ada keluarga tak makan udang kering, tukar gunakan ikan bilis...
bahan2 :
taugeh (dicelur)
pucuk paku (dicelur)
kerang (direbus dan dikeluarkan isinya)
sedikit kerisik
bawang merah (dihiris halus)
ikan bilis (diroreng garing dan ditumbuk lumat)
cili pada dan cili merah (ditumbuk halus)
sedikit garam dan perahan limau
bila nak makan, gaul jer semua bahan2 tersebut... |

Salad Kentang
3 biji kentang - buang kulit, dadu kasar dan rebus empuk
1 batang lobak merah saiz kecil - dadu dan celur
1 batang celery - dadu dan celur
1/2 biji bawang besar - dadu
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk lada putih
100 gm mayonis
cincangan daun sup/bawang
Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam mangkuk, kacau sebati.
Hidangkan. |
