petua2 ni mmg pernah dgr..rasa2 cam pecaya. sbb tgk dah hasilnya. father violet pun selalu pesan jgn mandi lepas makan nanti perut buncit..also, minum 15 mins lepas makan n jgn makan selang air utk elak buncit.
pernah baca (lupa magazine apa) bila kita baring flat on our back. look down..anything kelihatan buncit di bawah pusat is toksid dlm badan..bukan fats.tu pasal kadang2 pompuan kurus pun ada tummy. |

saya masa dulu-dulu selalu makan selang dengan minum air. skarang tak buat lagi dah.. hehe.. tunggu lepas 2/3 jam baru minum air. air masak ye, air pepsi saya taktau.. :bgrin: tapi ok la kot, janji air.. cuma kurangkan manis la.. huhu..
tapi memang sejak amalkan minum camtu, perut memang nampak kempis.. maklumlah, nak tunggu eksesais sit up tu hehehe.. selalu senaman saya menari je..

pakai ab-shaper ada sokongan utk belakang kite..n ada level2..dari level 1 hingga 5...
try dulu level 1-2 dulu.pastuh level 3..pastuh level 4..
time level 4..boleh rase otot perut menegang..rase best je..

ade one time bb bersemangat tul..beli belt yg warne biru tu...pastu krim sapu n mende execise tu..ape name da lupe utk sit up la. mmg jadik witin a month cantik jek perut. but everynite mmg wat la..depan tv..8.00-10.00. asal iklan jek bb wat..sapai abis iklan pastu tgk tv..pastu iklan wat lagi..hehehehe la ni malas da. |

ooo itu memang ler.. macam saya makan nasik seminggu 2 kali jek, waktu lain makan roti serat je.. hehe. kalau pagi nasik lemak, tengahari nasi ayam, petang cucur udang, malam mee goreng, maunye tak sendat perut tu.. :bgrin:
macam hari ni, saya sarapan makan jambu batu dan air masak je. skarang tengahari makan bihun goreng.. malam karang taktau lagi, salad kot. malam karang nak buat sit up jugak lah cuba berapa kali bleh dapat. nanti saya bagitau esok saya buat berapa kali..
