perut mus da naik la bulan posa ni...huhuhuh
sbb makan banyak kot...
mus pn da stop wt suma excercise termasuk latihan taekwondo....
yela...bz sgt ngan assignment mus.....bulan depan xm lak...
boling pn da x rjin main...huhuhuh
nape sume ni berlaku kt mus....

biar aku beritahu ko... perkara ni terjadi coz ko ni mmg dah dilahirkan ngn perut secara semulajadi..tambah lagi pas sahur ko bantai tido pastu buka lak tala ais tak hingat punyer...

hehehhee perut naik ekkk...klau dibiarkn lame2 gemmokk arr...sbb permulaan utk gemmok adalah bermula dari perut...
alaaa...klau x sempat sgt xyah la buat yg heavy..buat senaman ringan2 dh arrr...kalu xleh hari2 buat la smggu 3kali..paling cikai pun smggu skali...jgn dibiarkn lemak2 mu itu terus bermaharajalela....hehehehe...

Hm dulu malas Pumping ada orang syorkan supaya tak payah susa - susa katanya. Sekali jer. Memula Turun separuh selama yang boleh. lepas tu baru turun sepenuhnya. Lepas tu naik separuh selama yang boleh. Rupanya lagi perit.

Perit bila kena buat jalan beruang pelan - pelan. alah macam merangkak tapi lutut tak cecah lantai. Aduh peluh peluh isy...

aku ade problem ar..akunih dulu sebenanya gemuk...pastu tahun demi tahun badan aku susut...ramai kata aku da kurus..tapi aku slalu pk akunih gemuk lagi..sampai la skrg..dulu aku guna slua saiz 36/37..skrgnih 30/32....berat plak dalam 70kg...tinggi aku 175cm.. korunk rase stabil ke?

ko ni sama kes cam member haku...dulu dia mmg kategori heavy weight tapi pas few years even tak bersenam pon berat dia turun sendiri
