tp kalo x silap ader yg tngah buat .. bar wat kan.. dekat ngan tagki air.. teres 2 tingkat... cahaya alam pun baru wat... jasmin kalo x silap.. tp x tahu statusnyer.. cos dh lama.... |

tak la... tu suma projek baru siap yg baru bukak tu harga die around RM230++. I tak tau plak kalu dia bru open for sale... tapi projek yg baru nak naik mcm rumah flt tu ade la... anyway u try le check ngan developer -debbin sdn bhd |

ct..biasanya developer minta 10%..tapi ada sesetengah developer yang bagi discount gedebak gedebuk sampai tak perlu bayar 10%..hanya 5% or less or nothing..amadeus ada jumpa 2 projects so far dan juga kawan2 yang beli rumah ni bagitahu..iaitu Sunway Kayangan di Shah Alam dan Seri Utama Kota Damansara..
kalau salah..mintak maaf...especially pembeli sunway kayangan dan seri utama |

ada gak developer yg amik cuma 3% je ........... sbb nye developer jual ikut harge non-bumi. So, sepatunye kena bayar 10% tp ditolak 7%(bumi), so bayar yg balance je. Ramai gak yg amik camni, sbb bila dalm dlm loan hgg 20-25 tahun tu, bayar bulanan tak byk beza |

ohhh hehehe I lom pindah sebab susah la nak renovate jarak jauh. cuma satu I tak berkenan kat this house the upstairs bed room fully tiled somehow tak cosy esp kalau use air con.
I pulak menyesal beli yg tecik..shud have beli the corner or the other type. masa tu tak fikir long term. |

ko nak beli rumah baru ke lama.................?
aku skang ni tgh apply loan beli rumah lama kat shah alam.................
aku minta agen tu buat 100% loan untuk aku...so aku tak payah bayar dpayment.................
kena berpakat le dgn tuan rumah dan bank officer.................
nanti dalam borang loan application tu, bank officer akan mark up harga rumah tu supaya aku dapat harga sebenar yang tuan rumah letak..................... |
