pelik kan.... all the customer must get the same treatment... maybe dia x expect we alll share information in the forum. i think u should email kt ika the email yg i forward to u. ask her to clarify.

actually ika n i ada history. pernah ada issue dulu. tp dh settle n i believe in my heart kt dh 0-0.
me pun xda simpan perasaan apa2 n i believe she's the same.
org2 lama rumah hijab ni mungkin tau or masih ingat.

maybe kut.. sbb me beli sakura before this xde plak defect sana sini. thats why masa dpt uyyun tu terkejut gak mcm tak percaya tu product rad.
but u as a seller kena le responsible, lain lh kalo in term n condition u mmg ckp postage utk pemulangan balik tu kena tanggung sendiri. tp mcm PL pun if kita return brg yg defect, dia ganti blkkan the postage? sis ke yg dulu htr blk baju PL sbb defect n dpt ganti postage

for me this thing simple - dlm perniagaan ada untung dan rugi

if customer tak puas hati - u should bear all the cost or return back her money

business nie long term - kena jaga loyal customer.

entah le maybe dia ingat , 1 pergi 10 dtg

bila this thing happend - advantage for other company. Ala berapa sen sgt le cost postage tu compare untung yg dia dapat tu

yupe, dat was me yg komplen psl cardigan PL yg koyak kt ketiak tu.

mcm lebih kurang in2it from citraida je.. i have a strong feeling kain dia jenis licin. i x suka lh kain licin, susah nk pakai pastu kalau kena peluh or air ke dia stain. i ada beli in2it tu tp pakai sekali je masa raya. menyesal pulak beli, dh lh a bit pricey

owh sis pernah beli in2it jugak yer? same here, siap buat spree lg dkt2 nk raya hari tu.
x bessssss.... jahitan tepi pun sgt tidak kemas.
me dh hantar kt mak student jait balik.
sampai sekarang x pakai lg.
sgt menyesal beli sbb pricey.
